They will assist with the overall design and preconstruction process for assigned projects. Leads a team of HR professionals responsible for the resolution of sensitive employee relations matters, overseeing the administration of the collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring consistent application of policies and practices across the enterprise. Manages the investigation lifecycle thorough impartial investigations into employee complaints, workplace misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring timely resolution, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Front Desk Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to Hotel Guests. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures. Make and confirm reservations. Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhops. Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers. Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits. Competency in relation to verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including writing and phone skills is mandatory in this highly visible position. The Associate Project Manager will assist the Director with planning, scheduling, coordination and control of the projects from inception to include all pre-construction until the project is transitioned to the Construction team. They will assist with the overall design and preconstruction process for assigned projects. For some assignments, may serve as the owner's representative/project manager and coordinating project goals with outside contractors, vendors and consultants during the construction phase.
