Essential Duties:
Provides IT Help Desk support and resolves problems to the end user's satisfaction.
Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk
Monitors Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and processes first-in first-out based on priority.
Modifies configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Performs timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Manages computer workstation setup and deployment for new employees. Ensuring each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment or software. Installs, tests, and configures new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum of three semesters completed in an accredited Information Systems associate degree program and in good standing required

Essential Duties:
Dispenses prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.
Provides patient counseling regarding prescription and non-prescription medications, drug interactions, and proper usage.
Reviews and verifies prescription orders to ensure accuracy, legality, and clinical appropriateness.
Collaborates with prescribers and healthcare professionals to recommend therapeutic alternatives and resolve medication-related issues.
Participates in the management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program in alignment with organizational policy.
Supports billing and insurance claim resolution processes, including prior authorizations and third-party communications.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.S) in a five-year pharmaceutical program or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited college of pharmacy
Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin
