We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to work as Lead Instructors in our after school programs. Lead instructors guide students through our world class, project based learning curriculum to discover new technology skills in coding, Minecraft, ROBLOX, video editing, game design and more!
Full school year in 10 week sessions, with options to continue into additional seasons
Get in-room teaching experience with excited students
No formal experience required, but teaching experience in some capacity highly preferred

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completed 48 college units minimally OR have taken and passed the NCLB Exam or compliant equivalent
Experience with technology or teaching preferred
Reliable transportation throughout Fresno Unified School District with ability to transport approximately 30 lbs of equipment
Must be available after school hours (approximately 2:00 - 6:00 PM), daily Monday - Friday with earlier start times on Tuesdays (1:00-6:00 PM)
Consistent attendance is REQUIRED, substitutes are not available
Instructors must be at least 21 years of age and have significant experience working with children ages 8-14 or technology, both is even better!
Experience with children in an educational setting is preferred but not required
Comfortable working with teacher-to-student ratios of 20:1 for elementary schoolers
Strong technology skills preferred, such as a background in 3D modeling, digital arts, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, modifying games, video editing, competitive gaming, etc. or significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox, including modding or streaming

Physical Requirements:

The Position of Associate Dean:
The Associate Dean assists the Dean in carrying out the mission and achieving the vision of the College. ESL Instructor Responsibilities include:
Administer and evaluate assessments as appropriate. Plan and conduct activities/lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies. Differentiate instruction so as to meet all students' learning styles, abilities and needs. Assess, track and provide feedback to students on achievement and developmental needs. Encourage, engage and motivate students to speak in English. Complete administrative tasks such as attendance, reports and evaluations. In partnership with a WFD&CE Coordinator, assist students with college transition services (ie: collecting relevant documents, admissions process, prior learning assessment, financial aid access, student support services, etc.).

Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
