**The Opportunity**
As the Virtual Design & Data Solutions (VDDS) BIM/Digital Delivery Manager for Water & Industrial Water Solutions (W/IW), your primary responsibility is to act as a regional leader within VDDS, responsible for enabling, planning, and overseeing execution of digital delivery across water infrastructure projects throughout your assigned region or area of responsibility. In context to this role, digital delivery refers to the integrated use of technologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Project Information Management (PIM) Systems, Digital Twins, and other advanced visualization to plan, design, construct, and operate infrastructure projects more efficiently and intelligently across their full lifecycle. This role ensures that digital tools, data strategies, and delivery workflows are aligned with project goals, client expectations, and the broader digital transformation vision of the organization.
You will report to and work closely with the VDDS W/IW Solution Leader to translate organizational strategy into actionable project delivery plans. You will ensure consistent, high-quality execution of BIM and digital delivery practices, while driving adoption of emerging technologies that support data continuity from design through operations.
Success in this role requires staying current with Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry trends and best practices; working closely with the VDDS W/IW Solution Leader and other stakeholders to evaluate new technologies, and advancing delivery strategies that reduce risk and enhance quality, productivity, and value.

**Key Responsibilities**
-The BIM/Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for analyzing scopes of work to estimate the level of effort required, developing project-specific BIM/CAD execution plans and strategies, developing resource demand, and contributing support to project proposals for their assigned region or area of responsibility.
-This role oversees the work of Project BIM Coordinator(s) of multidisciplinary projects, ensures adherence to appropriate standards and QMS benchmarks, and monitors performance metrics to maintain delivery health and consistency.
-This role serves as the regional point of contact for digital delivery and support, mentors BIM Coordinators and project teams on best practices, and collaborates with VDDS leadership to algin regional demand with resources from the broader VDDS team.
-This role requires strong knowledge beyond traditional Building Information Modeling (BIM) for capturing design intent. This role shall champion the use of digital tools for construction, asset data, and digital twins, and seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing evolution of digital project delivery strategies.

+ Design and implement drilling plans and procedures, including borehole sampling and testing, coring, drilling fluids, proppant selection and use, cementing, directional drilling, solids control equipment, downhole tool selection and use, materials selection, remedial operations, and health and safety. Evaluate the performance of drilling operations and make necessary adjustments, accounting for geologic conditions, formation pressures and other relevant factors and conditions.
+ Design mud program including estimation of chemicals needed for projects.
+ Obtain relevant data, carry out necessary engineering analysis, recommend necessary actions and document field analyses, activities and decisions in written reports.
+ Monitor the daily progress of well operations to ensure drilling operations are achieving project objectives while complying with project specifications and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
+ Develop, formalize, and implement advanced engineering solutions and plans for the drilling team that are aligned with the strategy and planned outcomes.
+ Manage drilling procedures, optimize drilling workflows, performance tracking, necessary reporting, and contingency planning to enable the project team to execute with regards to safety, operational risks, and cost effectiveness.
+ Manage and prepare engineering studies and analysis projects, technical recommendations, contingency plans, and risk assessments.
+ Visit rigs regularly with direct management and oversight of field operations.
+ Manage specialty contractors and suppliers.
+ Lead and participate in the identification, mitigation, and management of project risks.
+ Coordinate and successfully execute permitting activities.

Qualifications

# Job Summary:
This position, located in Ogden, UT, is for a SmartPlant 3D Designer who will prepare electrical 3D designs as well as 2D electrical AutoCAD and SmartSketch designs to support new facility infrastructure design for DOD and USAF projects. # Major Responsibilities:
This role will support design development of electrical systems and equipment for the Sentinel program project by preparing models, drawings, and evaluations, in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, standards, and contract requirements. The candidate will work under the direction of senior engineers/designers, and other technical disciplines in a team environment with Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
+ Modeling of electrical rooms, equipment, cable tray, conduit, conduit duct bank, lighting, receptacles, etc. in a Smartplant 3D model environment.
+ Creating bill of materials and drawing installation details for the modelled items listed above in addition to grounding, lightning protection, support details, and other details using SmartSketch and AutoCAD.
+ Performing calculations utilizing AGI 32 for lighting layouts and ETAP for ground grid layouts
+ Assist with coordination of 3D model activities, i.e. input, interference reconciliation, etc. with other physical related disciplines.
+ Support production for physical design implementation by producing drawings of interior and exterior layouts/plans/elevation views of the raceway design (conduit/cable tray/duct bank), equipment location and layout, lighting layouts, lightning protection layouts, and grounding plans.
+ Develop material specifications utilizing the software SpecsIntact
+ Coordinate with Systems engineering department to establish and verify design/project requirements.
+ Capable of independent creative design, with direction, using Bechtel and industry-proven concepts, and procedures. Ensures electrical systems designs comply with all applicable installation codes, regulations, and standards
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires an AA/AS or Certificate of Engineering/CAD with 1-2 years of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
⦁ Knowledge & application of NEC code and NEMA/ANSI/IEEE Standards.
⦁ Must have experience with an electronic Cable Management System, such as the SETROUTE program, and be able to input and complete corrections to the database.

The successful applicant will be responsible for projects that involve biological resources inventories and impact analysis; innovative mitigation and conservation planning; multi-disciplinary teamwork with biologists, planners, landscape architects, and restoration ecologists; and creative integration of natural resource analysis and project design.

In this role, you will prepare design and procurement documents relating to Fire Protection and provide technical leadership in the design and development of fire protection systems and equipment for the Sentinel project. You will develop calculations, construction drawings, Fire Protection Design Analysis Reports (FPDAR), tailored Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), requisition specifications, review and approve sub-contractors' submittals, and assist in determining needed changes and with final testing. Your work will lead the implementation of programs and procedures that promote fire safety. The successful candidate must have strong organization and teamwork skills, proven problem-solving skills, can-do attitude, and the design to innovate designs.
Major Responsibilities:
* Executes assignments in Fire Protection Engineering for the Sentinel (GBSD) project.
* Has technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, and coordinating Fire Protection issues with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develops deliverables including calculations, construction drawings, tailored Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), and requisition specifications.
* Support the development and maintenance of the Fire Protection Design Analysis Report (FPDAR) for the facilities utilizing recognized fire protection industry approaches, methodologies, calculations, and analyses.

* Perform Fire Protection reviews to determine compliance with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), DOD orders, NFPA standards, and FM standards.
* Support fire protection subcontracts, including review of various types of documents and being the technical point of contact.
Education and Experience Requirements:

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing expertise in evaluating the feasibility of sediment remediation technologies and preparing sediment remediation designs for large riverine and coastal sites involving multiple stakeholders.

CDM Smith is seeking a Forensic Accounting Specialist with expertise in disaster fraud claims. This role is critical in evaluating and analyzing financial data related to disaster-related claims, including property damage, business interruption, and other loss categories. The specialist will conduct thorough forensic investigations to identify discrepancies, detect potential fraud, and ensure the integrity and fairness of claim settlements. By applying advanced accounting, auditing, and investigative techniques, this individual will play a key role in supporting accurate and just outcomes for all stakeholders.

- Claim Assessment and Quantification: Analyze financial records and supporting documentation to determine the validity and value of disaster-related claims. This may involve reviewing income statements, balance sheets, production reports, payroll records, and supplier contracts to calculate losses accurately.
- Business Interruption Analysis: Assess the extent of business interruption and estimate lost profits, continuing expenses, and extra costs incurred during the recovery period.
- Investigating Fraudulent Claims: Detect red flags, investigate suspicious transactions, and differentiate legitimate losses from inflated or fabricated claims.
- Documentation and Evidence Gathering: Collect and organize all necessary documentation to support claim amounts. This includes gathering invoices, receipts, contracts, photographs, and statements.
- Damage Estimation: Using financial modeling and industry benchmarks, estimate the total financial impact of the disaster on the applicant's assets, inventory, and operations.
- Expert Testimony and Litigation Support: In cases of disputes or litigation, Specialist may be required to present their findings in court, provide expert testimony, and assist attorneys in building their cases.
