**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead the execution of water resources projects for services including the following:
+ Planning, modeling and/or design of stormwater improvements, including open channels, storm or combined sewer systems, and stormwater detention/retention facilities
+ Planning and/or design of green infrastructure and sustainable watershed measures, including structural BMPs
+ Planning and/or design of flood mitigation improvements, including dams, levees, reservoirs, and pump stations
+ Erosion and sediment control planning and design, including SWPPP development
+ Regulatory compliance and permitting efforts for USACE, FEMA, and other environmental permit submittals
+ Provide business development leadership to identify and capture the above services

Responsibilities of the role will include:
Maintaining long-term relationships with clients in civil infrastructure and mining by providing technical expertise, attending client and project meetings, managing client expectations, and supporting business development pursuits.
Planning, budgeting and executing surface and subsurface field geologic and geotechnical exploration, and managing support staff required to execute investigations

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented California State Grants Specialist with experience California state funding programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of school facility regulations and a demonstrated ability to manage the grant application and reporting process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and interpret California State regulations related to school facility funding.

The work environment and requirements described below are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
**The Physical Side of the Role:** This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The program will expose a participant to various areas of Raymond's operations allowing an individual to gain tactical, real-world construction experience. Job Description
AECOM has an opening for an entry level Geologist in our San Diego, Orange or Westlake Village, California office to assist with a variety of projects including data management, site investigations and remediation.
This position is expected to begin in Spring 2026.
The successful candidate will assist with gathering and analyzing geological, hydrogeological and geochemical data in both the field and office settings. The field activities will consist of soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, air and soil vapor sample collection, geological logging and interpretation, and the oversight of subcontractors including laboratories and excavation and drilling companies. The office activities will involve the preparation of investigation reports.
Candidate must also be able to work as part of a project team comprised of AECOM staff and subcontractors. Flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, and commitment to workplace health and safety are imperative. Field work will be required, including oversight of subcontractors.

AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager in San Diego, CA.
Job details:
Assist the Facilities Planning and Construction Department of the School District in the construction, modernization and renovation of existing and new campus buildings
Review, edit and interpret plans, specifications and other construction contract documents for constructability
Assist in a broad range of activities associated with pre-design, design, pre-construction, construction (including all phasing), closeout, occupancy, and warranty
Meet with professional consultants, project manager, district personnel and school site staff to develop phasing plan, work restrictions and construction schedule
Assist the construction manager in leading weekly construction meetings
Visit construction sites to observe work in progress
Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract
Monitor construction progress and costs; take corrective action as required to manage both schedule and budget
Administer the change order and allowance process; review requests for schedule or cost adjustments and negotiate changes to the contract; prepare change order documents for approval
Assist the construction manager in evaluating and processing the contractor's request for payment
Assist the construction manager in resolving unforeseen site conditions, contract discrepancies and disputes between multiple stakeholders
Assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting
Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate
Manage the project closeout phase, including certificate of substantial completion, punch list and receipts of as-builts, warrantees and manuals
Provide continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline processes and work cooperatively to deliver high efficiency projects

Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, research related, or in a related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
Project management tools: Primavera, P6 , E-Builder or similar;
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and MS project);
Oracle Unifier;
Procore; and
Bluebeam.

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Senior-level Environmental Compliance Manager to support a large southern California gas utility company projects throughout the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Ventura regions in California. This position can be report to any of AECOM's southern California offices including San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, or San Luis Obispo.
*This is a remote, on-call (as needed position). *
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Act as an Environmental Compliance Manager on multiple projects; including review and interpretation of project plans and permits; staffing surveyors, monitors, and technical experts; and compliance coordination with clients, contractors, and resource agencies.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal staff on complex projects involving biological, cultural, and paleontological resource protection; species surveys; environmental permitting; mitigation, noise abatement, hazardous materials, and implementation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
Prepare and provide senior review of technical memorandums, environmental permitting documents, and other technical reports.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in biology, environmental science, environmental engineering, land use planning, or a related field.
6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education as an Environmental Compliance Manager on utility projects involving regulatory compliance, preconstruction surveys, and construction monitoring for a variety of environmental resources.
Valid U.S. Driver's license is required.
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
8+ years of relevant experience in environmental compliance.
Prior experience with gas utility company construction projects as a field monitor or coordinator is highly desired.
Familiarity with permit application requirements, and the typical challenges and strategies related to environmental permitting.
Knowledge of and experience with the California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Experience preparing preconstruction and post construction reports and deliverables.
Experience as a task lead or Project Manager with managing staffing and budgets.
Experience in a client-facing role.
Familiar with the agencies having jurisdiction over special-status species and hydrologic resources.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with both clients and internal staff.
Experience as a lead reviewer of technical reports.
Experienced in developing project scopes and estimating project costs.
Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Good organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented work style.
Prior environmental consulting experience is highly desired.

**Engineering:**
