**The Opportunity**
As the **Client Advisory Partner of Water/Wastewater Utilities** ,you will have the opportunity to:
+ Work with CAMs, Client Segment Leaders, and Enterprise Evolution on Strategic account management, clarity on playbook and client zippering to avoid redundancy and friction with CAMS & Client Segment Leads
+ Build relationships with regional leaders and segment leaders, establishing a meeting cadence to understand Regional/Subregional strategy in response to changing market/client needs
+ Partner with Enterprise Innovation to ensure investment in new/leading innovative solutions are targeted at our clients' needs/planned growth areas
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead IA client engagement activities from opportunity creation to business capture
+ Generate and qualify business leads in the region
+ Co-develop client strategy working with CAM (segmentation, prioritization, identify key accounts, sales/GTM strategy)
+ Co-develop marketing strategy in collaboration with Strategic Growth (thought leadership, industry exp, etc.)
+ Accountable for client satisfaction Manage profit and loss for the region
+ Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning in the market
+ Provide region Account/Client Strategy and oversight
+ Identify Strategic, Target and Opportunistic Accounts for the region
+ Be the voice of the Account/Client within IA
+ Conduct Account/Client Satisfaction Surveys for IA engagements
+ Implement strategies that enable the IA to obtain new business sales
+ Coordinate with other Market Sectors in pursuit of new business sales for the benefit of the entire company
+ Develop and implement the strategic go-to-market framework
+ Develop and execute Large Account Management Process (Gold Sheet) for Strategic Accounts/Clients
+ Lead and guide Strategic Account Team
+ Lead the "Zippering" process for IA professionals and their counterparts inside the Account/Client organization, creating opportunities for sales and operations contacts within the Account/Client's organization

Makes recommendations concerning situations hazardous to employee safety or health
Utilizes SafetyNet to audit and monitor project team implementation of the Safety Plan
Performs at least 15 SafetyNet inspections per month with at least 100 observations in each inspection
Provides safety training to project teams on Gilbane, client, and OSHA requirements
Investigates all accidents/near misses and completes all paperwork required
Ensures project teams have safety equipment and resources
Training and systems focused Safety Professional II:
Assists Corporate and Division Safety Directors with miscellaneous administration support (i.e. reports, safety data for proposals, employee training certs, meeting notes, etc.)
Participates in Safety Report/ Dashboard reviews and coordinate follow-up actions with appropriate parties
Coordinates with Gilbane Information Technology/Data Group spearheading integration efforts of Safety Observation software (SafetyNet) data into the Electronic Data Warehouse
Provides recommendations to improve Safety Observation software use and micro-strategy dashboard designs
Establishes standards for entering projects, vendors, users and uses standard reports in Safety Observation software to ensure consistency and accuracy of data required for successful mapping, integration, and validation
Assists with Program Management Systems software questions, issues, data scrubbing and coordinate vendor assistance if required
Manages rollout of Safety training in the field (Safety Observation software, Program Management Systems, Micro-strategies, etc.)
Provides ergonomic training, assessments, and recommendations to employees throughout the enterprise
Provides First Aid/CPR/AED training to employees when traveling to jobsites and offices
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management or Engineering preferred

Registration as a Professional Engineer

Ability to evaluate progress of staff and results obtained, and recommends major changes to achieve overall objectives

Assisting ecological leads with processing field data and development/originating ecological assessment reports and utilization of equipment such as tablets and GPS units.
Assisting with coordination of various governmental agencies regarding ecological survey protocols, reporting standards, endangered and threatened species coordination, or compliance with environmental permit and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Identify potential environmental impacts through reviews of engineering plans, aerials, field data, desktop research, and GIS databases.
Conduct visual inspections of drainage facilities
Working with the team leads to becoming familiar with our field survey equipment, data forms and other data collection and reporting tools.
Assisting in preparing permit applications, NEPA documents, and other technical information.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Studies, Biology or another related field.
The position requires fieldwork, and the candidate must have reliable transportation and be able to travel overnight. Field work may require working long days outdoors, over uneven densely vegetated terrain, sometimes under rigorous conditions (e.g., hot and/or rainy weather, remote areas, in a variety of habitats).
Valid U.S. Driver's License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with field data collection, research and data review, and preparation of technical reports/documents.

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) / Design-Build Project Construction Manager to oversee construction on heavy industrial projects. The Project Construction Manager is responsible for the quality control of all PGL construction projects undertaken.
The Project Construction Manager will generally work from the office and go to project sites as needed.
This position is also responsible for the direction and the proper field supervision of projects during the construction phase.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Particular responsibilities may vary by project; however, they essentially include:
- Provides overall Administrative and Technical direction for projects. May direct several different size projects independently or through subordinate Construction Managers.
- Responsible for PGL overall Safety Program. (i.e. administration of Safety Manuals, Training, Job Safety Report, etc.)
- Responsible for overall scheduling management of all PGL construction projects and ensuring Construction Managers are adequately trained in use of scheduling software.
- Responsible for estimating construction costs for PGL proposals.
- Responsible for assisting in developing Bid Packages and defining Scopes of Work under the supervision of the Director of Construction/President or Project Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budgets and schedule.
- Responsible for verifying quality assurance and control are being followed by PGL on-site personnel (quality procedures and forms are being properly utilized).
- Plans, coordinates and/or supervises field activities of all PGL personnel on assigned projects. Authorizes/approves all project personnel transactions (expense reports, etc.), purchase requisitions, change request, etc., under supervision of Director of Construction/President or Project Manager.
- Ensures all field personnel adhere to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. (verifies all PGL personnel are properly trained).
- Maintains official project log and documentation files for all projects.
- Visits job sites regularly as required for training, job audits, meetings, etc.
- Verifies/approves punch list and final inspections are performed and correct.
- Monitors manpower and budget requirements in collaboration with appropriate project management personnel to anticipate the need for on-site personnel changes.

ENGINEERING ASSISTANT INTERN
Geotechnical engineering assistant intern position available immediately at our Tampa office. The position is temporary with indeterminate part-time hours varying based upon work load. Responsibilities will include assisting staff engineers, working in the soils laboratory, and possible fieldwork opportunities. We have the ability to be flexible with schedule to accommodate students currently enrolled in school. Local candidates preferred; no relocation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be enrolled in a recognized civil engineering program working on a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering. Must have strong abilities in mathematics, sciences, computer software, and data file organization. Competency with Microsoft Word and excel required.
