**The Opportunity**
As the **Client Advisory Partner of Water/Wastewater Utilities** ,you will have the opportunity to:
+ Work with CAMs, Client Segment Leaders, and Enterprise Evolution on Strategic account management, clarity on playbook and client zippering to avoid redundancy and friction with CAMS & Client Segment Leads
+ Build relationships with regional leaders and segment leaders, establishing a meeting cadence to understand Regional/Subregional strategy in response to changing market/client needs
+ Partner with Enterprise Innovation to ensure investment in new/leading innovative solutions are targeted at our clients' needs/planned growth areas
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead IA client engagement activities from opportunity creation to business capture
+ Generate and qualify business leads in the region
+ Co-develop client strategy working with CAM (segmentation, prioritization, identify key accounts, sales/GTM strategy)
+ Co-develop marketing strategy in collaboration with Strategic Growth (thought leadership, industry exp, etc.)
+ Accountable for client satisfaction Manage profit and loss for the region
+ Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning in the market
+ Provide region Account/Client Strategy and oversight
+ Identify Strategic, Target and Opportunistic Accounts for the region
+ Be the voice of the Account/Client within IA
+ Conduct Account/Client Satisfaction Surveys for IA engagements
+ Implement strategies that enable the IA to obtain new business sales
+ Coordinate with other Market Sectors in pursuit of new business sales for the benefit of the entire company

**AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Boston on November 19-20, 2025** . This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2026.

**AECOM's Water Business Line** is seeking a talented **Engineering Intern** to support water, water resources, and wastewater treatment and distribution projects to be based on **Conshohocken, PA** .
_This position is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2026._
Internships at AECOM offer students in undergraduate and graduate programs the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in engineering design, and infrastructure projects that make a real-world impact. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Supporting the water group by preparing design drawings, plans, technical reports and details, for various water/wastewater treatment projects.
+ Internships are designed to introduce and build essential hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
+ Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Candidates must pursue a bachelor's degree in environmental/civil engineering or in another related field and must have completed three (3) or more years of study. Candidates who have graduated with a bachelor's degree and are currently or planning to continue with their master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Graduates not pursuing a master's degree must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term.
+ Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and as a condition of employment, must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Completed university courses in water treatment (Fluid Mechanics, Water Resources, Hydrology, Environmental Chemistry).
+ Pursuing Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).
+ GIS and CAD skills.
+ Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing, and standard office software.
+ Ability to work productively in a team environment.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Self-learner.

Job Description
AECOM has positions available for Contract Administrators in our Philadelphia, PA location.
The responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
The Contract Administrator will provide administrative and contract support (including financial administrative services) to several programs administered by AECOM for the Goods Movement business line in the Philadelphia office.
Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to handling phone inquiries, initiating correspondence as required, assisting with client and applicant invoice inquiries or clarifications, preparation of invoices, filing, drafting, transmitting agreements, reproduction and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents, data entry, incoming and outgoing mail, tracking of incoming payments, and accounts payable office duties.
This position requires a detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills. Position will require some client interaction. Tasks associated with this position will include electronic database management, review, handling, tracking, and filing various documents as part of the overall program, filing documents, and managing information on the client's electronic database system, general handling and filing of project correspondence, general office duties, and performing other tasks as needed.
Word processing, correspondence e-mails/letters, support for project management and project accounting, assist project engineers in the timely handling of various tasks within the contracts, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience using Microsoft Office: Access, Word, and Excel
Previous experience with technical writing
Due to the nature of this job, U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with administrative and/ or contract support
Experience using any electronic database
Experience with billing and invoicing
