I’m especially proud to lead an organization that holds spots on Forbes’ lists for best employers for diversity and best employers for women. And while Blackbaud already produces significant social good thought leadership we have exciting work ahead with our new Blackbaud Institute Advisory Board to take that conversation to new heights and new potential for all we serve.

In conjunction with leading Blackbaud, I also serve on public and mission-based boards, including the Clemson University President’s Advisory Board, Teradata, and the International African American Museum Board. I'm passionate about advocating for innovation in the tech sector that can help good take over.

As Blackbaud's CIO, Todd leverages more than 25 years of IT experience to help Blackbaud power social good with the strategy and implementation of technology, cyber security, and business transformation. As an accomplished leader in technology and business, Lant speaks on technology trends focused on strategic decision making at industry and customer events. He has been a contributing member of regional technology development activities and hosts occasional MBA sessions; as well as an avid support of local non-profits and educational institutions. He currently serves on the board of the Charleston YMCA, The Cathedral Church of St. Luke’s and St. Paul’s, The Citadel’s Department of Engineering Leadership & Program Management program, Charleston Southern University’s Computer Science department, and the Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation. Lant has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s of Business Administration with an Economic focus from Georgia State University.

Kevin McDearis is a leader, visionary, and proven business and technology innovator with global experience across a broad spectrum of industries. As Executive Vice President, Chief Products Officer at Blackbaud, Kevin is responsible for strategy, product management, engineering and operations of the company’s global portfolio of products. Working with business and technical teams, he oversees technology strategy to develop solutions that exceed quality and performance expectations for Blackbaud’s customers across 60 countries worldwide. Kevin has a track record as a pioneer in the online payments space. As a senior leader at Fiserv (formerly CheckFree), a leading global provider of financial services technology, Kevin played key roles in tech innovations that developed the online bill pay capabilities leveraged by millions of individuals and organizations today.

Kevin has a strong commitment to nonprofit leadership and has served on a number of nonprofit boards supporting economic growth, women in technology, and STEM education. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia, TAG, since 2011 and as Vice-Chairman of the Board in 2014. During his time on the board, TAG has grown to be the largest technology association in the country. Kevin most recently joined the Board of Directors for the USS Yorktown Foundation.

Catherine LaCour is a seasoned marketing executive, strategist and innovator who has deep experience building and promoting brands that drive sustainable growth and profitability for global technology corporations. She has successfully worked with for profit and nonprofit organizations to create customer-centric marketing programs that provide value through a consistent, positive customer experience.

Catherine is Blackbaud’s Chief Marketing Officer, a member of the company’s executive leadership team and head of the Blackbaud Institute for Philanthropic Impact™. She leads cross-organization strategy to deliver Blackbaud’s brand promise, increase adoption of its leading cloud solutions, drive an outstanding customer experience and forge strategic partnerships that lift the entire social good community.

During Catherine’s tenure, Blackbaud, which is one of the top 30 largest cloud software vendor worldwide, has been recognized by Forbes as a Best Midsize Employers (four years in a row), and as one of the Best Employers for Diversity and for Women. In 2017, Fortune named Blackbaud to the Fortune 2017 Change the World List, which recognizes 56 leading companies that are driving positive social impact through business innovation.

She currently serves on the Coastal Community Foundation Board of Directors and the College of Charleston Graduate School’s Advisory Board. She also serves on the Board of the Women’s Refugee Commission, a non-profit advocating for laws, policies and programs to improve the lives and protect the rights of refuge women and children. In addition, the Ad Council, America’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to using communications to drive social change, recently elected Catherine to its Board.

With career experience on the front lines of social good innovation across the public, private and social sectors, Catherine brings deep passion for the role every person and organization can play in building a better world. She challenges herself and those around her to cultivate an ecosystem of good and strengthen the social economy, and speaks frequently in forums such as TEDx, the Social Innovation Summit, and more.

In 2017, Catherine was selected into Liberty Fellowship, a South Carolina leadership initiative.
