What we'll want you to have:

  • 3+ years experience managing software development teams in an agile environment

  • A history of delivering successful large-scale projects from inception to release

  • Demonstrative experience in software engineering best practices such as design patterns, decoupled architectures, test-driven development, and CI\CD pipelines

  • History of observing and considerately adopting contemporary software development technologies

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence

What we'll prefer you to have:

  • Experience developing cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure) and an understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models

About the role:

The Senior IT Control & Compliance Manager is a diligent, trustworthy and motivated team member who is responsible for Blackbaud's control environment. This individual will join the Blackbaud IT Controls & Audit team and will design, implement and monitor a comprehensive IT control framework for Blackbaud, encompassing our products, security & IT organizations. This framework will be consistent with Blackbaud IT's overall governance and controls framework and will meet minimum audit & legal requirements. This role provides a unique opportunity to combine IT, cybersecurity, audit, and process improvement skillsets; the Senior Analyst will partner with resources across IT, Audit, RDO, and other business areas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and maintain comprehensive Blackbaud control framework, including relevant IT general controls, security controls, policies and processes

  • Inventory, review and assess applicable current state processes, procedures, policies and controls. Author and implement policies as needed.

  • Perform risk assessment to identify largest gaps between framework and current state and prioritize initiatives

  • Design, build & implement controls, policies & processes through partnership with IT, Audit, Security & Products (RDO). This also includes clear definition of control & process owners and documentation of processes & controls.

  • Partner with Internal Audit to define ongoing control testing processes & procedures

  • Centrally document and manage risks and exceptions with periodic reporting to key stakeholders

  • Work directly with control & process owners to remediate exceptions in controls and processes in in a scalable way that appropriately balances our organization's risks, structure & resourcing

  • Develop and maintain detailed process flows

What we'll want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required (IT, Audit or Security) or related experience

  • 4+ years professional experience in IT External Audit, IT Internal Audit or Security

  • Working knowledge of control frameworks, IT general controls & security controls.

  • Ability to understand key controls & communicate them in a digestible way to IT technologists and control owners

Summary/About the Role

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our Customer Success Internal Engineering team and be part of the development and maintenance of our Blackbaud Website Solution built on WordPress. The Sales Organization represents opportunities across several verticals including: Higher Education, Nonprofit, K-12 Independent Schools, Faith, Arts & Culture, Foundations & Corporations, Healthcare, and Financial Management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Quickly qualifying, pursuing and closing key plays

  • Establishing and maintaining key account relationships

  • Serving as prospective clients' main point of contact and working with other departments as needed to provide answers and service

  • Providing return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposals

  • Continuously updating and maintaining active deals for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data

  • Staying up-to-date as it relates to the markets which impact products or services

  • Reaching and exceeding monthly and quarterly quota

  • Vertical expertise preferred, not required

What we'll want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or related field and/or equivalent experience

  • 2 - 4 years of successful sales experience is required, preferably high volume selling experience in an IT or software (Saas) environment

  • Hunter/new logos driven mentality

  • Superior communication skills with the ability to make clear, compelling and value-focused sales presentations

  • A strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude is required

  • Proven success in creating effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas

  • Excellent time-management skills with the discipline to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced, structured selling environment

About the role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your job is to get the sales process moving by making a great first impression over the phone and establishing a solid foundation on which a beneficial, long-term relationship can be built. You will have the opportunity to work with inspiring philanthropic organizations such as the ALS Association, Children's Home & Aid, and World Animal Protection. Thousands more can benefit - we just need to show them how. That's where you come in!

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be responsible for calling into existing clients and prospects to pitch Blackbaud's solutions, campaign planning and analysis, and research

  • Managing 800 accounts a month, with 60-80 dials a day into your account list

  • Gathering information about potential clients, including details about key stakeholders, technology needs and fundraising goals, to then explain the features and benefits of Blackbaud's solutions

  • Partnering with our outside sales team to craft a customized software package for each prospect, based on information gathered

  • Achieve monthly lead quota

What we'll want you to have:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent related work experience

  • Results-oriented and disciplined to manage time effectively

  • Previous tele sales experience with a high outbound call volume would be a plus

  • Previous technical or software product sales would be a plus

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
