The Server 1 position is responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience. Server 1 functions as Steward, Seater, Food & Drink Runner and In Room Dining Attendant. Additionally, servers will be expected to gather personal details about our guests to customize their future dining experiences. They must have the passion to go above and beyond expectations to provide every guest with a creative and tailored dining experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. What You Will Do:
Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
Serve food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact throughout the function.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

These Wait Staff positions are responsible for the dining room services in the Barn Dining Room. The Barn Dining Room positions are based on a tier system designed to inspire growth and development. Promotional positions available upon completion of the tiered system could include Captain (Supervisor), Bartender, Front of House Host/Hostess, Sommelier positions. 1st Tier: Steward Steward is responsible for learning the setup of the dining room, this includes polishing glassware and silverware, table set-up and rolling silverware. Position lasts approximately 2-4 weeks and serves as an introduction to the dining room. 2nd Tier: Food Runner Food Runner is responsible for gaining intensive food knowledge and delivering plates from chefs to the guests' table. 3rd Tier: Back Waiter Back Waiter is responsible for learning basic bar and wine knowledge, table maintenance and menu knowledge.
