My project experiences include technology, financial management & transformation, robotic process automation, BPO, cost reduction, cost allocation, benchmarking, regulatory change, shared services, operating model / organisation design, financial modelling & analysis and programme management. From an industry perspective I have worked in technology, consulting, financial services, telecoms, life sciences, oil & gas, tourism, and the public sector.I live in Edinburgh with my wife and three children. I enjoy football (following Hearts FC, for my sins), keeping fit, property renovation and socialising with friends. Previously I have run the London Marathon (sub 4 hours!), and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. I have been a post-care advisor for the Princes Trust Youth Business Scotland and continue to mentor a number of start up businesses.
