SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the daily tasks related to all customer accounts and Account Manager needs. The Customer Service Representative communicates and coordinates with suppliers and Account Managers, while providing quality customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to all customer and Account Manager incoming communications.
Analyze and assess customer needs completely and accurately with efficiency.
Work with suppliers and Account Managers to identify, source, and price appropriate product solutions and provide quotes for product solutions per OS ticket and other BHID response time guidelines.
Process customer orders, Return Material Authorizations and Guaranteed Test Orders and purchase material's to fill customer orders.
Review and maintain P21 portals daily for potential late orders, Return Material Authorizations, items not on a PO and unapproved orders.
Identify and resolve root cause issues by working and communicating with responsible cross functional teams to minimize repetition of the original issue.
Develop a detailed working knowledge of BlackHawk policies, procedures and practices.
Maintain a deep understanding of the BHID systems (including P21, OS ticket, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Compass), suppliers' systems/websites and usage of those systems.
Perform all work in accordance with the company documented ISO processes and procedures utilizing appropriate company systems.
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills utilizing phone, email and instant message.
Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems.
Diligent and detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, shift gears to react to urgent scenarios and meet daily deadlines.
Proficient in and comfortable with basic computer operation. Ability to learn new software programs as a user.
Ability to learn and apply experience with vending platforms (CribMaster, Autocrib, etc.)
Experience in industrial field, B2B sales and customer service.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
Experience in cutting tools, abrasives and MRO areas preferred.
Experience with Microsoft office suite required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources related field.

Monitors Portals daily to ensure all items are replenished to prevent stockouts; promptly communicates and resolves any stockouts with the field.
Ensures all vending fulfillment is processed according to agreed-upon customer requirements, including required approvals.
Handles vending item adds, item changes, and substitutions promptly and accurately.
Researches and resolves any rationalization errors between vending and P21.
Monitors and manages order fulfillment processed by Tier 2 to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Performs and schedules min/max reviews with the Field and customers to ensure appropriate inventory levels in both vending and warehouse locations.

SUMMARY: The Senior Director of Human Resources provides tactical and strategic guidance on people and organizational development strategies in support of the business objectives. Leads the organization in the following functional areas: talent acquisition; employee relations; policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management; talent management; organizational design; employee development initiatives and training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partners with Executive Leadership to develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations in line with organization's strategic direction; establishes human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention and AA/EEO compliance.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Acts as change agent to organization through process design and approaches that support change and transformation; evaluates issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solutions and program designs.
Manages vendors to ensure services are delivered within contractual agreements; works to maintain professional relationships among various vendors and brokers.
Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include: employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; investigations; and organizational design.
Leads annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, etc.
Supervises and develops a team of HR personnel; Coaches and mentors HR team members to ensure continued professional growth in the department.
Develops positive partnerships with multiple functional areas to drive results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner via email, phone or in person
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Proven experience as HR Director
Must be proficient with basic computer operation and knowledgeable about position- specific programs (Excel in particular)
Proficient at analysis and problem solving
Strong aptitude for understanding the complex and constantly changing insurance regulations and coverage terms, as well as changes in health care law
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct supervisory responsibilities
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
15 plus years of previous experience in a leadership role required
Experience with change management and employee communications preferred
Experience with a start-up or acquisition oriented company preferred
Demonstrated excellence in communications, problem solving skills and process improvement
Ability to use independent judgment to solve people and organizational issues
Demonstrated ability to stay positive and motivated in a growing, challenging and changing environment
Strong coaching and consulting skills with a track record of quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders
Proven track record of successful partnership with supporting a remote population
Ability to interface and influence at all levels of the organization
Team player that thrives in fast paced, dynamic environment
Travel required-10-15%

SUMMARY: The Desktop Support Technician provides support to all computer system users for desktop and phone related issues. The position requires changes to processes to ensure desktop support is kept efficient. A successful candidate will be friendly, technologically well-rounded, and have a true heart for customer service. This position requires technical skills in many areas of computing but most importantly a great attitude with a desire to learn and grow as a professional in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage helpdesk response time, ticket load, and proper triage practices

Create and maintain user accounts, including assigning privileges
Telecommunications management including VoIP, user accounts, and handsets
Occasional travel to company sites to perform necessary onsite maintenance and repair
Manage inventory of hardware and software resources across the enterprise
Assistance with small scale infrastructure projects
Design and develop support protocals and procedures
Works with accounting on IS related expenses
Assist in Network Monitoring
