We are seeking Merchandisers for our Blackhawk Network team to service multiple stores in the following assigned market:
Territory: Cincinnati South (inlcuding Florence, KY, Covington, KY, Lawrence, IN)
The primary focus of this position is merchandising gift card product and various product lines in multiple retailers nationwide. We pack out product, set to plan-o-gram, report out-of-stock, place shelf tags, conduct resets and install new fixtures. We build relationships with Retail Management and provide customer's shopping guidance of our product lines we merchandise.
Responsibilities
* Complete all assigned projects within designated territory
* Participate in weekly conference calls
* Complete all call report questions and take pictures with your smartphone or tablet
* Build and develop strong relationships/partnerships with retail store management at each account
* Complete all types of merchandising activities
* Installs (set and build)
* Resets (read and understand Plan-o-grams)
* New item Cut-ins
* Signage Placement
* Conduct out-of-stock reports, inventories and process returns
* Audits
* Cover stores outside of designated territory on as needed basis and/or vacation coverage
* Ability to use web portal reporting systems from wireless tablet/phone
Qualifications
* Merchandising and/or retail experience
* Hours will vary and may flex up and down during the year and certain seasons.
* Reliable car, proof of valid car insurance, valid driver's license, and excellent driving record
* Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and driving record check
* Must own a smartphone/tablet with a minimum 2GB monthly data service plan
* Must own an iPhone 11 or newer or an iPad with an iOS of 18 or any Android device with the last two OS versions (version 12 through 13)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-pace environment

Benefits
Hourly Rate Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including drive time equal to in-store hourly rates, 70 cents per mile reimbursement, monthly app stipend, annual and merit pay increases, and other incentives.

This is a unique opportunity to act as the lead legal partner for the Business Core tower of our Customer Identity and Core team (CIC). The CIC team is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over millions of customers, both consumers and businesses, enabling access to the company's digital experiences and protecting critical customer account information at the highest level of security. What you'll do
Be a strategic thought partner and advisor: Provide proactive, business‑minded legal advice to our senior product leaders on the evolution of our Business Core. You'll also be something of an investigator: you'll work on projects that unite our many lines of business, so you'll drill down into how we do what we do, and why we do what we do, so we can build a better way. You'll understand the business' objectives, understand the full landscape and context of the applicable law, and work through unchartered territory as you apply the law to business initiatives.
Translate the law: Act as the subject matter expert on a wide range of regulatory issues. You'll need to understand the law and work with our regulatory subject matter experts on novel issues, understand the business and their customers (e.g., small business, commercial), understand the technology, and put them all together as a trusted business advisor. You'll translate between business intent, regulatory requirements, legal guardrails, best practices, etc. You won't need to know everything about everything, but you'll need to know a little about a lot, and know how to communicate legal requirements to the business, and business requirements to legal subject matter experts.
Quarterback: You are the Legal point person for your area. You have a defined scope, but aren't stuck in a box. You own the legal issues, including drafting product terms, reviewing marketing collateral, and interfacing with business leaders. Lead solutions architecture design for multi-platform/cross-platform solutions
Leading Trade-off and impact analysis work for hard to change technical decisions, and manage technical conflict
Demonstrate thought leadership and strategy in partnership with delivery and product partners
Explain and represent solutions in the Architecture Review Boards, and various product, platform and architecture discussions
Presenting work products and strategies to product managers, technology leadership across Capital One
Function as a primary architecture point of contact for other architecture teams & and delivery teams for solutions and systems
Continuously learn as technology needs evolve

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering and Systems Architecture or Technology Solution design
At least 2 years of experience creating solutions architectures in a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
5+ years of experience in software engineering
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in large/complex organizations
6+ years of experience architecting, designing, and/or delivering delivering scalable and decoupled systems in a heavily regulated technology environment
2+ years of experience working with internal and external business clients
2+ years of experience with AWS concepts and implementations
Experience to engaging, influencing and driving initiatives by partnering with technology executives
Experience mentoring software engineers or architects
Experience in a regulated environment (HIPAA, PCI, Privacy, etc)
Ability to communicate at all levels in the organizations with required technical depth and breadth
AWS or equivalent certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solution Architect-Associate, GCP or Azure)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Cambridge, MA: $193,400 - $220,700 for Manager, Solution ArchitectureMcLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700 for Manager, Solution ArchitectureRichmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Solution Architecture
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
