culture of kindness and appreciation. You get 2 or 3 'surprise' days off each year as 'employee appreciation' and a demonstration of thanks for all you do each day. Unlimited vacation time. Flexible work hours. Work remotely so i have work/life balance. Excellent boss who cares about me as a person. Great projects. I make a difference. Best place i've ever worked for in my life.

There's a few people who are negative and should probably just quit, go somewhere else, and stop being toxic.

No on site supervision; could focus and get jobs completed

No flexibility/communication when I had ‘flare up’ of old illnesses and could not complete assignments; these were not simply assigned to someone else.

Set own days/hours within assignment list.

The employees and management are wonderful.
