    Job Description The Civil/Site Project Engineer/ Manager is a professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Engineer shall be self-motivated, capable of acting as firm's representative to clients, and providing support to branch offices in NJ/PA/DE/MD/NC area. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering. 4+ years of related experience. Perform and/or oversee civil/site design for a variety of projects including parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, sports courts, schools/colleges/universities, buildings, sidewalks and streets. Design various site plans, features and details using Civil 3D or other computer aided design software. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography or other topographical or geological data. Review existing conditions to identify engineering obstacles and assess potential project impacts. Design grades for new site plans and improvements. Support field activities for our construction inspection staff, including providing timely data, shop drawing review and client coordination. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software including, but not limited to Word, Excel, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license 4+ years of related experience. Stormwater design to support various project types. Ability to perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, as required. Proficient in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software. Strong oral and written communication skills. Operate under limited supervision. Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks on schedule and within budget. Experience working with clients.
