Main job functions:
* Maintain accurate budgets and cost reporting throughout each project.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining the Earned Value Management process, including forecasting, baselining, and measuring earned value.
* Coordinate with estimating and project teams to ensure budgets and change orders are correctly allocated.
* Integrate data from estimating, scheduling, design, project management, and accounting to produce comprehensive reports for clients and leadership.
* Track quantities and labor hours to identify productivity trends and variances and communicate findings to management and field teams.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Portfolio Analyst to join the Mellon Indexing Portfolio Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Benchmark methodology analysis trade preparation, portfolio reporting, performance attribution, monitoring portfolio performance and exposures, corporate action analysis.
* Investing in global equity markets as well as utilize derivatives, such as futures, options, and currency forwards.
* Acting under supervision within established investment policy guidelines and handling complex benchmark methodologies and analyzes complex voluntary corporate actions.
* Utilizing portfolio management software, special department-wide projects, and interdepartmental client communications.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of investment experience preferred or over 2 years of investment experience preferred for MBAs or CFAs. Will support advancement to CFA for candidates.
* An understanding of security and derivatives valuation, equity portfolio management concepts, ETFs and experience in trading equity securities is desired.
* Excellent analytical skills, high aptitude for quantitative reasoning and problem-solving preferred
* Advanced skills in Excel.
* Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive environments.
* Extreme attention to detail and high degree of organization.
* Strong team player with a positive attitude.
* Must be willing to work market hours
* Experience with Aladdin, Factset, Bloomberg, and other 3rd Party Portfolio Management systems preferred

I&C Engineer Direct Hire On Site- Cranberry Twp, PA $120k - $130k + benefits, 401k, Paid Holidays, PTO etc... This is more of a consultant/advisory role than a writing PLC programs. Collect and prepare data/information and perform detailed engineering calculations. Interact with design staff, senior department personnel, project management, contractors, and clients.
* Work on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
* Design complete I&C solutions based on project scope definition.
* Prepare project documentation including but not limited to bills of material, calculations, data sheets, detailed drawings, specifications, technical reports, and test plans.
* Coordinate tasks with engineers, designers, and administrative staff.
* Perform technical evaluation of bids and recommend best value design which meets client requirements for operability, reliability, maintainability, and safety.
* Participate in safety reviews (i.e., HAZID, HAZOP).
* Lead field work by evaluating installations and problem-solving activities.
* Perform calculation checks and vendor drawing reviews.
* Serve as lead on single and multi-discipline projects by estimating work hours, developing scope of work, and checking drawings.
* Interact with other disciplines and suppliers to obtain pertinent information.
* Manage the scope of the project work, address scope and work changes, adjust the project deliverables as necessary, and complete the project work based on the budget and scheduled time frame.
* Present project information to both internal and external client audiences.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in an Engineering required.
* P.E. Preferred
* 10+ years of experience performing engineering analysis and design for instrumentation and controls systems.
* Maintain active membership in professional organizations and participating in technical seminars and/or courses.
* Understanding of NEC/ISA standards.
* Strong skill set in understanding PFD's, P&ID's, and Cause & Effect Matrices.
* Interface with DCS/PLC platforms including HMI and reporting software packages.
* Control system architecture and interface solutions including configuration of switches, servers, and operator workstations.
* Specifying field instrumentation and process analyzers for applications - basic process control, safety instrumented systems, fire and gas detection
* Development of installation details and loop drawings.
* Estimating
* Working knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation preferred
* AutoCAD.
* Microsoft Office
* Analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and organize.
* Interpersonal and communication skills.
