You'll balance technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration and innovation to ensure our core systems support production without interruption. You will also have a strong, experienced leadership team to partner with as you continue to learn the Yokohama standard of excellence and grow both personally and professionally. In this role, you will: Oversee the plant's electrical power distribution network to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance Support daily operations of plant utilities including electrical, steam, water, and compressed air systems Conduct assessments of utility systems, identifying opportunities for preventative maintenance and long-term improvements Manage portions of the utilities budget, tracking costs and identifying savings opportunities Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and compliance with energy conservation goals Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents to guide repair, replacement, or upgrades Respond to facility needs with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, balancing daily maintenance with long-term planning Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to support a safe and productive work environment Knowledge and Skills Our ideal candidate would have the following experience and attributes.
