Description of Services
The Behavioral Health Worker will be responsible for implementing mental health treatment and crisis intervention for children and families through the Clinical Home model. This position also includes providing psycho-educational groups for youth and/or families, intensive case management service to children and families, and supporting clients with one-on-one interventions in the school, home, and community to support the overall mental health goals of the childs treatment plan. Behavioral Health
Workers will attend weekly supervision and consultation deemed appropriate as well as frequent participation in trainings.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct behavioral interventions and teach client-specific skills. This may include individual/group interventions, psycho-education groups, and assisting in crisis intervention to identified children and families within the school system as well as in the home and community.
2. Maintain a collaborative relationship with the parent/guardian of each client.
3. Collect and update data related to clients record.
4. Implement individualized crisis plans for each client and family. Work with treatment team to help neutralize crises.
5. Participate in on-call crisis intervention triage as needed during evenings, nights, and weekends.
Assist in debriefing of crisis situations to develop more effective plans for families served.
6. Attend and actively participate in weekly group supervision.
7. Document and complete daily case records required and in compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
8. Attend all trainings and workshops as required for professional development.
9. Provide Structural Family Therapy interventions for children and families as directed.
Case Management Responsibilities:
1. Provide intensive case management to children and families that include addressing needs that negatively impact the familys level of functioning.
2. Participate in Interagency meetings as deemed appropriate.
3. Participate in Individualized Educational Plans as deemed appropriate.
4. Complete required reports to Child line and other agencies involved, as necessary.
5. Work in collaboration with Program Director, Clinical Consultant, Administrative Staff, Quality
Assurance Department, and the billing department to assist in the process of monitoring quality assurance and other protocols necessary to effectively manage programmatic aspects.
6. Maintain high quality records sufficient to meet State and Federal clinical documentation requirements that include all funding sources.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Services related field.

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel. The ideal candidate will act as counsel to the law firm in identifying and resolving actual and potential conflicts of interest arising out of new business intake and the hiring of lawyers and staff joining the firm, as well as assisting with the onboarding of clients, matters, lawyers and staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform initial review of conflicts reports requested by firm attorneys, identify actual and potential conflicts of interest and coordinate resolution of conflicts among all involved parties.
Advise the firm and its attorneys regarding the appropriate form and terms of engagement letters for use in documenting new engagements and counseling and assisting attorneys on drafting such letters as needed.
Approve engagement letter drafts prior to distribution to clients and assist with drafting waivers for inclusion in engagement letters or separate letters as required.
Monitor compliance with new business intake instructions and requirements, such as the completion and execution of appropriate engagement letters and any necessary waivers, implementation of ethical screens where necessary and assessment of intake risk by the firm.
Act as a resource in assisting firm attorneys in understanding conflicts of interest and managing conflicts and new business intake in an appropriate manner, including participation in firm presentations and training programs as needed.
Review conflicts reports for incoming lateral lawyers, new lawyers and legal support staff and take necessary action to clear actual and potential conflicts of interest, including interfacing with candidates where necessary to obtain further information about their work.
OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED:
Provide legal advice to the firm and its personnel regarding various professional responsibility and risk management matters as required by the Office of General Counsel.
Tasks may include development and updating of firm policies and forms for internal use; reviewing and providing legal advice regarding client Outside Counsel Guidelines and vendor contracts; maintaining and updating terms of engagement letters, waiver letters and related documents based on changes in the law and firm practice; assisting in development of strategies and methodologies for identifying, managing, and resolving conflicts of interest and assessing client and matter fit; and developing and/or conducting internal conflicts training for the firm's lawyers and staff.
EXTENT OF CONTACT:
This position requires a high degree of contact with:
the firm's General Counsel and Assistant General Counsels;
the firm's Director of Office Services, Business Intake Risk and Compliance Director, Business Intake Manager, Conflicts Specialists and other business intake staff;
firm partners, associates and staff, including executive management.
This position requires limited contact with individuals outside of the firm.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT: (necessary travel, unusual work hours, unusual environmental conditions, etc.)
Position is full-time, requiring a 5-day work week and standard hours as outlined in the firm policy manual, with additional hours as required when necessary to meet deadlines.
Limited domestic travel, possibly involving multiple-day trips requiring overnight stays, may be required in order to attend training seminars/CLE programs, firm meetings and the like.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Adheres to highest ethical standards for behavior.
Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.

Outpatient Clinicians provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and their families to address emotional and behavioral concerns. Each family is provided a prompt intake appointment to develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to the unique strengths and needs of the child and family. In
addition to offering traditional treatment methods, such as Play Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy, we have specialized programming to deliver evidence-based practice models. Outpatient
clinicians must follow the rules and regulations set forth by Blair Family Solutions, any payer they accept
for payment of service and any state and/or federal guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Complete a thorough assessment of emotional, psycho-social and eco-systemic issues that pertain to
the emotional struggles of the client.
Demonstrate the ability to actively engage the client and family in the treatment process through the
use of reflective listening, collaboration, empathy and consideration of cultural, ethnic and religious
beliefs.
Provide a diagnosis for each identified client by utilizing diagnostic criteria from the DSMV.
Complete a drug and alcohol screening within the required timeframe and complete any necessary
follow-up or referrals.
Complete an insurance registration form for CCBH clients within the required timeframe.
Identify strengths and utilize a strengths-based approach in treatment.
develop a treatment plan within the required timeframe and review it with client/family to ensure it
captures the client/family concerns
Review the treatment plan as required, review it with the client/family and clinical director and get
signatures.
Assure that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members as
well as family members as appropriate.
Make referrals to other programs or outside agencies when necessary due to need of another level of
care or to augment outpatient service.
Attend and participate in supervision as required.
Attend and participate in trainings required by Blair Family Solutions and to meet the requirement of
their license when needed.
Remain abreast of new techniques and supporting specific interventions and best practice.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Work with front desk staff regarding scheduling to ensure that client needs are met.
Complete a progress note for each session and submit billing information in a timely manner.
Achieve the expected amount of billable and non-billable hours, including summer months.
Provide clinical leadership to the treatment team and family.
Monitor psychotropic medication within the scope of practice and collaborate with prescribing doctors
as needed.
Complete required reports to Child line and other agencies involved as necessary.
Work in collaboration with Clinic Director, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Staff, Quality
Assurance Department, and the billing department to assist in the process of monitoring quality
assurance and other protocols necessary to effectively manage programmatic aspects.
Maintain high quality records sufficient to meet State and Federal clinical documentation
requirements that include all funding sources. Billing should be reviewed prior to being turned in to
billers to ensure that records are accurate.
Check mailbox, voicemail and email on a frequent basis and respond promptly when asked both to
internal and external sources.
Education Requirements
One of the following education requirements must be met.
1) Bachelor's Degree in a mental health field AND at least one year full time mental health work
experience.
2) OR has a graduate degree in a clinical discipline with 12 graduate level credits in mental health or
counseling.
Other Qualifications
All necessary child abuse clearances (PA Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance,
and Federal Criminal History Clearance)
Valid driver's license
