Job DescriptionFIELD OPERATIONS COACH FULL-TIME, (40+ WEEKLY HOURS) EXEMPT LEVEL POSITION The Field Operations Coach role is to observe, diagnose, and assist stores with action plans on store operations. This role will also be an integral part of the New Store Opening team, the Manager in Training program, specifically the leadership development side and creating a Certified Training Store. The Field Operations Coach will use store visits to coach and teach all members of the team on Blakes processes and procedures. The Field Staffing Specialist (FSS) partners with store hiring managers to engage and hire the best talent in a highly competitive market. This position requires spending time in the field recruiting and, in the office, conducting in person and online interviews. Job DescriptionDISTRICT MANAGER FULL-TIME (50+ weekly hours), EXEMPT The District Managers (DM) role is to oversee, evaluate and direct the activities of four or more General Managers (GM). The DM is also responsible for monitoring sales and controllable costs in their assigned district (i.e. food and labor cost) and providing guidance to GMs regarding staffing, proper enforcement of policies and procedures, meeting sales/food/labor targets and new product rollouts. DMs work with GMs to increase sales volume in their areas and are required to regularly audit stores in their district to preserve consistent company brand standards. DMs report to a Regional Manager or directly to the Director of Field Management. TRANSPORTATION DELIVERY DRIVERFULL TIME, NON-EXEMPT HOURLY POSITION The Distribution/Transportation Crew Member is responsible for the daily loading and delivery of product to stores as assigned. This position reports to the Transportation Supervisor. DISTRICT MANAGERFULL-TIME (50+ weekly hours), EXEMPT The District Manager's (DM) role is to oversee, evaluate and direct the activities of four or more General Managers (GM). SHIFT MANAGERFULL-TIME (Up to 35 weekly hours), NON-EXEMPT The Shift Manager's (SM) role is to assist the management team in overseeing of the operation of the restaurant when scheduled as the Manager on Duty (MOD). Report any deposit discrepancies to the General Manager immediately. - Responsible for assisting with inventory of the product in your store. Ensure the store is in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to: food safety, premises safety, equal employment opportunity, and workers' compensation reporting.- Educate and train your employees to comply with the above laws and regulations, encouraging compliance and proper and timely reporting of any issues or concerns. - Assist with training and development of all crew members to allow for proper succession planning of future shift managers; provide constructive feedback on performance with all crew members.- Other duties as assigned, including stocking shelves, receiving delivery trucks and housekeeping.
