CREW MEMBER NON-EXEMPT/HOURLY POSITION The Crew Member's role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all guests of Blake's Lotaburger stores. All crew members are expected to adopt an attitude that is passionate about our food and fanatical about our process. CREW MEMBER NON-EXEMPT/HOURLY POSITION The Crew Member's role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all guests of Blake's Lotaburger stores. All crew members are expected to adopt an attitude that is passionate about our food and fanatical about our process.
