Pros of working at BLAST

Working with a wide variety of companies, engaging with people all over the world.

What do you like best about BLAST's CEO and the leadership team?

Leadership was good until the people running the company changed. At first, they prided themselves on treating employees like humans. By the time I left, leadership expected automatons.

How would you improve BLAST's culture?

Have a different person lead the company.

How did you prepare for the BLAST interview?

Reviewing their website, preparing answers to standard questions.

It was respectable.
