10+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
10+ years of welding/fabrication experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Make sure that you and the people around you are working safely.
2. Welding on all required thicknesses and materials such as 1/16" + with AR, A36, Stainless Steel, and Manganese using the proper filler metal.
3. Fitting/assembling independently including training others.
4. Expert in open table fitting/welding.
5. Expert at reading blueprints.
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
7. Take direction from a lead or leader on assigned daily tasks.
8. Determine what proper tools and machinery are required to complete the production schedule.
9. Complete a final inspection of all parts so that they meet the quality standard.
Complete required monthly safety training.
Complete required PMs on department machinery.
Provide support and backup as needed and all other assigned projects and/or tasks.
