The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will:
Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules, budgets, and documentation accurate and up to date.

Ensure every project document from contracts to meeting minutes is timely, accurate, and properly distributed.
Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up until theyre complete.

The Role
As the BlastOne Field Installation Technician you will be responsible for supporting the installation team (customer or contractor) to ensure on time delivery of installation schedules and that the quality of installation meets the customer and BlastOne expectations. You will act as the liaison between the customer and the BlastOne delivery team to effectively communicate installation status, risks and unforeseen impacts to the delivery schedule.
Points of responsibility include:
Detailed review of new system installations to confirm prints and functioning as designed.
Conduct startup and commission of new installations.
Generate installation and commissioning reports.
Provide support to sub-contractors to ensure installation steps are completed with the expected level of quality per the design intent.
Conduct training for operations and maintenance groups.
Conduct over phone support to customers.
Trouble shoot and diagnose mechanical systems during start up phases of installation.
Trouble shoot and diagnose electrical systems during start up phases of installation.
Review existing PLC programs for troubleshoot and diagnose of installation and commissioning steps
Check inventory of delivered components to validate all parts are available for installation.
Communicate with the customer through the installation phase for any inquiries and requirements from the customer scope of work.
Solicitation and gather feedback from sub-contractors for use of continuous improvement for installation processes and standards
Work with PMs and PEs to derisk potential field issues during the installation phase.
Daily communication of project status including punch list items and risks to project delivery.
Identify potential risks in the installation phase and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and evaluate risk factors to ensure proactive decision-making.
Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of installations.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience as an Installation or service technican or similar role
2+ years of experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment (pneumatic, electrical and mechanical).
Demonstrated success in supporting high-performance teams in a technical project environment.
Solid technical background with understanding of installation procedures

The Role
The Project Engineer - Infrastructure reports to the Engineering Manager Infrastructure carrying out Project Engineering tasks to support the infrastructure function of the business.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in any engineering discipline from ABET accredited university required
5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects including mechanical, structural, electrical, and control systems in the execution of EPC projects and proposals.
Strong preference for industrial experience supporting construction teams for Balance of Plant scopes.
Desired experience with engineered fixed equipment in the material handling or abrasive blasting industry.

The Role

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager (SPM), you will:
Own assigned projects valued at $5M-$50M, from Detailed Design (Stage 2) through Project Delivery (Stage 3).
Lead subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
Execute with a design/build mindset, ensuring facility construction and specialized equipment integration are seamlessly delivered.
Drive budgets, schedules, subcontractor agreements, and bills of material with precision.
Serve as the on-site leader and main point of accountability during execution.
Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers and Project Administrators.
Ensure polished, professional communication with clients and inspire confidence through every stage of delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial, mechanical, or construction projects.
Proven track record managing $5M-$50M design/build projects.
Strong technical aptitude in mechanical/electrical systems and equipment integration.
Skilled in managing subcontractors, contracts, safety, and compliance on industrial job sites.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management required.
PMP or PMI certification preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint/OneDrive; experience with Procore a plus.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and client-facing communication skills.
