Systems typically combine proprietary BlastOne equipment with customer-supplied and third-party components to deliver a comprehensive turnkey solution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in low-voltage power distribution, control system architecture, and safety compliance, as well as hands-on experience with commissioning and field support. Key Responsibilities Design 480VAC power distribution systems for automated industrial equipment, including circuit protection and load analysis. Develop control system architecture to meet customer specifications and applicable code requirements. Prepare electrical and control schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD. Conduct short circuit rating analyses and ensure supplied equipment meets SCCR requirements. Ensure all designs comply with NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 496, and other relevant safety standards, including those for hazardous (classified) areas. Develop PLC and HMI software primarily using Schneider Electric, Beckhoff, or Allen-Bradley platforms. Support factory acceptance testing, verification planning, and documentation. Generate and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs) for all phases of design and procurement. Provide support during system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Interface with vendors, customers, and internal project teams to coordinate design deliverables. Contribute to root cause investigations and corrective action processes as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited institution. The Role As a Senior Project Manager (SPM), you will: Own assigned projects valued at $5M$50M, from Detailed Design (Stage 2) through Project Delivery (Stage 3). Lead subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget. Execute with a design/build mindset, ensuring facility construction and specialized equipment integration are seamlessly delivered. Drive budgets, schedules, subcontractor agreements, and bills of material with precision. Serve as the on-site leader and main point of accountability during execution. Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers and Project Administrators. Ensure polished, professional communication with clients and inspire confidence through every stage of delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial, mechanical, or construction projects. Proven track record managing $5M$50M design/build projects. Strong technical aptitude in mechanical/electrical systems and equipment integration. Skilled in managing subcontractors, contracts, safety, and compliance on industrial job sites. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Construction Management required. PMP or PMI certification preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint/OneDrive; experience with Procore a plus. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and client-facing communication skills. The Role As a Project Administrator, you will: Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules, budgets, and documentation accurate and up to date. Ensure every project document from contracts to meeting minutes is timely, accurate, and properly distributed. Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up until theyre complete. Required Skills & Qualifications 25 years of experience in project administration, controls, or accounting. Exceptional attention to detail accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
