Were I got the opportunity to travel to several different states.I also was able to enhance various soft skills which in result diversified my overall work ethic.

Company is dedicated to their employees.
A lot of travel throughout the U.S.
They are part of Quanta and have good retirement and employee programs.
Pay was decent in the beginning.
Superintendents always find excuses instead of giving deserved raises. The never ending favoritism and promotions of unqualified individuals. Very unsafe with cranes. They let anybody flag cranes. Lastly they hire women just to keep their husbands happy and on the job.
Whenever they give you a pizza party instead of a raise.
It was a decent company offered good pay and benefits.
Not safe at all, they would fly with too much wind , didn’t operate safe at all
