Position Summary: As a Cobot Production Technician, you will be responsible to set-up, program and validate various robotic solutions. You will be working with all levels within our organization. This involves being able to successfully maintain aggressive schedules and represent the company favorably. Position Responsibilities:
Main functions of the job are to use skills to assemble, install, program, test, troubleshoot and repair robotic system and automation.
Perform process troubleshooting and perform machine adjustments to assist the production department with processing of quality parts.
Work well with a team and be prepared to work cross functionally with multiple skilled trade personnel, production personnel, engineers and management.
Deploy automation technology to improve and streamline our manufacturing process, responsible for implementation and project execution.
Streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while still maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations.
Deploy custom robotics, automation machines and computer vision solutions.
Continually learning and researching new technologies and incorporating them into automated design and robotics, in both a controls and programming capacity.
Providing support for equipment in the field.
Identify, understand, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Performing preventive or corrective maintenance on automation systems and components.
Performs special projects as assigned.

Quality Lab Technician
The Lab Technician supports Nature's One by sampling and testing to ensure delivery of safe, pure and quality products ensuring quality infant formula products are manufactured in a new state-of-the-art facility. The technician will provide daily oversight of the wet and dry analytical labs that will including testing product at various stages in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will understand, practice and maintain the highest Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) in all aspects of the job.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure incoming raw materials are aseptically sampled, labeled, appropriately stored and retained
Prepare raw material samples for outside testing, as required
Conduct total solids and pH testing on liquid mix during manufacture
Conduct physical stability testing on powder (e.g., moisture, reconstituted pH, scorched particles, dispersibility, color, flavor and aroma)
Ensure powder samples are taken from each manufacturing lot, appropriately stored and retained
Track chemical reagents used in the lab to ensure that no expired reagents are used
Conduct monthly testing on water samples and/or prepare water samples for shipment to a third party laboratory
Ensure the lab is maintained in a clean, well-organized condition that support good laboratory practices
Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and place orders to replenish stock, as needed
Adhere to GMPs and GLPs and personal hygiene requirements without exception
Job Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Science Discipline or comparable, preferred; previous experiences will be considered
> 2 years in US FDA Infant Formula, kosher, and organic food production desired

What You Will Do

Support the quality team in ensuring the site is meeting DEPCOM and our customer's quality standards
Inspecting predrilled hole sizes and depth
Inspecting piles installed in predrill areas/non predrill areas all with in tolerance from drawings such as twists, heights, plumbness
Inspection of all galvanization material
Walking entire arrays checking torque values from the racking installation end ensuring correct installation process
Taking pictures and measurements of depths and lengths of trenches
Inspecting proper heights and widths of cable install
Ensuring correct amount of backfill material is being used
Some physical demands for Quality Technicians include :
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Good physical stamina for field inspections
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience working with solar PV or BESS systems installation quality inspections.
Familiarity with civil, mechanical, and electrical aspects of solar projects.
Ability to perform in-process inspections and final quality checks.
Proficiency in documenting inspection results, identifying defects, and generating quality reports.
Proficiency in drawing interpretation and knowledge of design standards.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and inspection methodologies.
