Highly valued , but not required to be within a SaaS or software development environment. - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS platforms, software development processes, and general IT solutions. - Product Knowledge: Previous experience with Mindbody, ClubReady and MarianaTek platforms is preferred, but not required. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels. - Customer Focused: Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts while focusing on quality service and relationship-building. - Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling skills with a focus on delivering value to clients. - Problem Solving: Ability to identify client challenges and deliver innovative solutions. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Include: * Recommend solutions that drive value for our customers and Blink * Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements * Lead and execute on specific solution plays such as Strategy Workshops and Conference Room Pilots * Developing subject matter expertise around specific areas of influence such as communications, retention, union complexities, and frontline operational management. * Deliver product demonstrations to potential customer personas, including CEO, CIO/CTO, CHRO, and CFO * In partnership with the Sales team, configure and customize product demonstrations to have the highest possible chance of conversion from prospect to customer. * Ability to engage and respond to IT/Tech resources regarding more complex aspects of the solution like authentication, single sign on, and integration solutions. * Actively explain and evangelise the Blink product, including technical integrations and best practices * As required, provide input and response RFI/RFP processes. * Understand the product roadmap with key dates to ensure accurate communication to both the prospects and account executive team * Anticipate risks and barriers to pre- and post-launch customer engagement * Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from customers about product requirements and ideas, to help them innovate and stay ahead of where the market is going We're looking for someone who is curious, ambitious and wants to develop in a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be resourceful, inquisitive, and a fast learner, with an ability to easily connect with a customer. You'll be able to pick up new concepts quickly and empathize with customer pain points. We're also looking for: * At least 6+ years experience working in a technical Pre-Sales role within a B2B SaaS organization working with customers of all sizes ( e.g SMB - Enterprise). * Experience selling HR solutions, communication/collaboration solutions, and/or mobile solutions is a plus * Comfort level with both business consulting and technical consulting concepts * Experience working and communicating with senior stakeholders, * Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos * Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs independently and effectively * Solution-focused - looking to help people and customers in finding solutions to their problems and be prescriptive in describing recommended approaches * You will have a strong ability to define and present proposed solution architectures, breaking down complex concepts in an easy way to under * Experience evaluating trade-offs in delivering solutions between user experience, time, and complexity * Willing and able to travel to meet sales/customer requirements.
