Zac's experience includes leadership roles at multiple successful tech companies. Initially in adtech, where he was a part of two successful acquisitions, Admeld (Acquired by Google) and Sociomantic (acquired by DunnHumby). Prior to starting BlockFi, he led business development teams at Orchard Platform, a broker dealer and RIA in the online lending sector, and Zibby, an online consumer lender. He graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University with a BA in International Business and minor in Spanish.

I'm the EVP of Engineering at Factom™ – whose highly performant Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) lets any application have an immutable, distributed, blockchain back-end. Our goal is to make the world’s systems honest and transparent. I've spent the last 15 years creating reliable and highly scalable cloud-based video, web, and voice services for both business and consumer users. I'm particularly adept at building out and growing product-focused organizations, as well as organizing resources distributed across multiple projects and teams - both real and virtual. I have the - dubious - honor of being involved in creating the first web/e-commerce system, the first java based financial services platform, as well as the first erlang-based cloud PBX, three products I may never live down. I've been a prolific public speaker over the years, speaking and hosting at conferences such as ClueCon, DataWeek, Erlang Factory, ITEXPO, NoSQL Matters, OSCON, TechMesh, TopConf, and USENIX. I was previously the V.P. of R&D (and Managing Director - Poland) at Ubiquiti Networks, a global provider of network and video hardware for service providers and enterprises, and the CTO of Vocalocity - one of the leading providers of mission-critical, cloud-based communication services for small businesses. Prior to that, I was the V.P. of Development at Neoglyphics where I inaugurated the use of Java based technologies in financial services, and the CTO of Proxicom where I also led the Technology practice. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Adam has over 15 years of technology and security experience, having held roles at Bakkt, Palantir Technologies, Microsoft, the U.S. intelligence community, and Department of Defense. He’s been responsible for designing and implementing numerous strategic IT initiatives within the U.S. government through his work both domestically and during multiple overseas postings, as well as enabling critical cybersecurity programs for Fortune 100 companies. With his background safeguarding institutions spanning from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, he is instrumental in BlockFi’s growth as security controls within the crypto industry evolve to face a more sophisticated threat landscape. Adam studied computer and information science at the University of Maryland, holds several security certifications, and is often found speaking at security and crypto conferences worldwide.

David has extensive experience in fintech and lending compliance. David was previously the Chief Compliance Officer at ConsenSys/Token Foundry. Before that, he was CCO at Pinch, a fintech startup helping people build credit just by paying rent. Prior to Pinch, David built and led the compliance programs at online lending platforms Bond Street and Funding Circle. David also held several positions in the compliance departments of leading financial institutions, including UBS. David is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and holds a BA from Wesleyan University.
