Role Responsibilities
In your role as Consumer Banking Assistant, you will assist customers with account questions, processing of routine transactions - deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc. - to meet customer needs and provide a fantastic experience. You will have the opportunity to recommend additional bank products and services as appropriate and build relationships with new customers. Maintaining confidentiality and following security procedures for the success of the bank are a must!
Role Requirements
You will bring with you a minimum of a high school diploma. Having 2 - 3 years of experience in banking or cash handling is highly desirable - but not required. We will train you on -the-job! We will look for people with communication, computer and problem-solving skills.
