Duties & Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a very high-volume and demanding environment.
Accurately reports on status of filling positions, identifies hiring barriers, implements plan to resolve, escalates issues not resolved timely and is responsible for staffing goals.
Reviews applications/resumes to match prospective employee's work history, education, job skills and salary requirements with our current job openings.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a key member of our People Team and a trusted partner to our farm leaders. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The days of work are primarily Monday through Friday, but evening work is frequent and occasional weekend work may be required.
