This role will also support hiring hospice clinicians, including nurses, CNAs, and support professionals, as well as clinical office staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) and business professionals. This recruiter plays a mission-critical role in shaping the future of Bloom's workforce. You will partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders, act as a trusted talent advisor, ensure an outstanding, white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience, manage recruiting operations, and maintain compliance across all hiring activities. Key Responsibilities Provider & Clinical Recruiting Lead full-cycle recruiting for in-home primary care providers (NP, PA, MD) serving high-needs, geriatric patients. Recruit hospice staff including nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary support professionals. Support recruitment for clinical office roles (RN, LPN, MA) and non-clinical/business roles as needed. Consistently deliver high-quality candidate slates that balance speed, quality, and mission alignment. Hiring Manager Partnership Collaborate with multiple hiring managers and senior leaders across departments. Serve as a strategic consultant and service-oriented partner to hiring managers. Clearly communicate candidate status, pipeline progress, and recruiting efforts. Proactively anticipate hiring needs, set clear expectations, and provide guidance on timelines, market conditions, and competitive hiring strategies. Ensure hiring managers experience recruiting as organized, responsive, and solutions-focused. Candidate Experience Deliver a white-glove, candidate-first experience from first contact through offer. Establish and maintain strong relationships with accredited clinical programs, universities, residency programs, and professional organizations to support sustainable talent pipelines. Recruiting Operations & Compliance Manage all recruiting operations, systems, and workflows. Ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, and internal policies. Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes for efficiency and quality. Manage post-to-hire timelines that align recruiting pace with business and patient care needs. Qualifications Required Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally including healthcare and/or provider recruiting. Experience recruiting clinicians and medical providers such as NP, PA, MD, nurses, or hospice staff strongly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical hiring practices. Proven expertise in strategic talent attraction, including sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development of high-quality candidates. Strong customer-service orientation with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. Preferred Experience recruiting for home-based care, hospice, or complex clinical environments. Familiarity with healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance processes. Experience working in a fast-growing or mission-driven organization. Position Summary The Clinical Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the clinical operations of Bloom Healthcare's primary care teams. Job Summary: RNCM's at Bloom hospice have the primary responsibility to provide and coordinate hospice care for our patients. They provide care and help steer the interdisciplinary hospice team ensuring that our patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met.
