The West Coast Facilities Manager will oversee the efficient operation of our workplace facilities and enhance the overall workplace experience for our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor management. Additionally, working closely with key partners in the business, the role will focus on curating and implementing initiatives to improve the workplace experience, fostering a positive and productive environment for our employees. You will be responsible for managing the Operational Expenditures (OPEX) budget while supporting Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) projects, project execution, vendor governance and continuous process improvements of operational and maintenance strategies. The individual shall ensure that activities are completed to ensure the uninterrupted integrity of the facility operations program. Successful candidates will have excellent project management and service delivery expertise across a diverse global portfolio. The role will report directly to the Americas Facility Manager. We'll trust you to: - Management and approval of vendor contracts and agreements. Proper oversight of vendors as it relates to scope of work and execution of work efforts - Governance and continuous improvement of the IFM Relationship, including KPI development, SOW's, (Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) of third-party vendor(s) - Development and management of facilities budget for maintenance, repairs, capital and general operating costs - Oversee and track annual budget, focusing on capital planning and operational maintenance. Bloomberg Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) trading platforms are supported with Enterprise solutions to provide end-to-end workflows. This way, clients can stage, monitor, trade, allocate and perform TCA on their trades from the Bloomberg Terminal for each asset class, whilst seamlessly interacting with their buy-side and sell-side Order Management Systems. What's the role? As a result of the continued success and growth of the ETS business we are further expanding our eFX sales team in New York to promote our FXGO offering. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive business across a variety of client types in the East Coast US region, by building new communities for e-trading as well as strengthening our existing relationships with key players in the markets. As an eFX Account Manager, you will be tasked to build deep, value-focused relationships with clients, and to engage with them on ways they can grow and advance their business by partnering with Bloomberg for their trading, automation and analysis needs. You will be working closely with your colleagues across Bloomberg Enterprise Sales to help identify relevant prospects that we can work with across all asset classes for ETS, as well as the wider enterprise offering. You will need to have: - Experience selling Electronic trading Technology solutions to financial institutions - A minimum of 5 years relevant market experience - Client facing experience with FX traders - Established track record of both relationship management and client support - Knowledge of Electronic Trading, Execution Management Systems and Trading Connectivity - Strong understanding of the impact of regulation, market structure and compliance on electronic trading - Good understanding of the eFX vendor competitive landscape - Familiarity of buy-side and sell-side trading workflows - Project Management skills - Problem solving skills and have a strong "can do" attitude - Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization - Strong presentation and communication skills - Self-starter mentality and own the coverage region including monitoring at-risk users to defend the Bloomberg business - The ability to travel If this sounds like you: Apply if you think we're a good match. Salary Range = 125000 - 185000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
