Masonicare Home Health & Hospice, an affiliate of Masonicare, is seeking a dedicated and accomplished Registered Nurse Case Manager local to Waterbury, CT area.
The RN Visting Nurse Case Manager ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing services to patients in the home setting.
Visits are done primarilly during the DAY SHIFT, but exact scheduling is flexible. Weekend Rotation will be required. Typically, this is one weekend per month or less.
Masonicare's Registered Nurses work to develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care and make necessary revisions to address all problems in the plan of care. They provide coordination of the plan of care, maintaining continuity of client care with other health professionals while identifying interdisciplinary care needs and making recommendations for additional home health care services.
Our Visting Nurses supervise the client care rendered by Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides in the provision of delegated duties and conduct supervisory visits per regulatory guidelines.
Masonicare is fully electronic! Our nurses demonstrate timely and accurate computer documentation of patient/job information to facilitate the development of the OASIS data set, orders for service, creation of time sheets and other required patient/employment documents and reports.

Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and readily accessible to project teams.
Review shop drawing details and conduct field leak investigations on active and completed projects to identify root causes of water infiltration or performance issues. Collaborate with project, design, and field teams to develop and implement effective remediation strategies.
Perform jobsite visits at project start-up and on a periodic basis to verify that critical quality and performance-related detailing is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and installation procedures. Generate detailed inspection reports following each site visit.
Support design teams by providing practical, field-based input on critical system detailing, drawing reviews, and constructability considerations based on real-world installation and testing experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in installation or testing in the facade/curtainwall fabrication, manufacturing, or construction field.

Key Functions

Position Summary:
The Preconstruction Manager is involved in identifying opportunities, soliciting, and relating to potential clients, and participating in the preparation of KBE's submissions in response to solicitations and follow up interviews/presentations. The Preconstruction Manager also manages preconstruction services on projects secured by KBE; works with the Operations group to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase; and supports Operations during construction in regard to the decisions and commitments made by KBE during the preconstruction phases.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Prepare Qualifications & Exclusions, and site-specific construction related information/analysis needed to support these submissions.
Once a design/build project is secured, the Preconstruction Manager will be responsible to manage/supervise the Preconstruction Phase of Services including but not limited to the following:
Gather, calculate and compile data (unit costs, subcontractor quotes) for use in conceptual bid proposal estimates.
Prepare routine estimates and constructability reviews under general supervision.
Prepare bid packages, conceptual estimates, analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects of size and/or complexity, as assigned.
Interface with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
Write exhibits identifying exclusions and qualifications custom tailored for each project.
Prepare preliminary project schedules tailored for each project
