Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Essential Work Functions:
Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved emergency nursing techniques and protocols
Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their time in the emergency department, responding to immediate needs
Observe and document patient conditions as required within scope of practice
Take and monitor vital signs using clinical judgment to address deviations and prevent complications
Respond to life-saving situations based upon emergency nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols
Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR)
Initiate patient education plans according to individualized needs, considering the acute nature of emergency care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care

Position Overview

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Operate HDD drills and support equipment (Vermeer, Ditch Witch, or equivalent).
Work closely with the locator to determine drill paths, depths, and bore plans.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Install conduit, fiber, and other underground utilities per project specifications.
Read prints, alignments, and utility maps to ensure safe and accurate bore paths.
Understand 811 locate marks, utility conflicts, potholing requirements, and safe digging practices.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and customer standards.
Complete production sheets, documentation, and jobsite photos as required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
Travel within the New Mexico region depending on project needs.
Qualifications
1-3+ years of HDD drilling experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of bore planning, drill fluids, and HDD best practices.
Ability to read maps, prints, and utility markings.
Commitment to safety and quality work.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver's license required.
CDL is a plus but not required.

1. Provides supervision and management for the Student Life Program to support each student's growth and development in the areas of education, social, emotional, spiritual, recreational and health and safety.
2. Administers the Residential Program in compliance with the BIE National Dormitory Standards, 25 CFR, Section 36.73-36.76; Secondary Level Dormitories.
3. Manage the Residential Program to ensure ISEP funding through residential student count week.

10. Works closely with all school personnel to coordinate a quality and effective after school Life Skills Program for students including counseling,life-skills classes, etc.
11. Establishes and maintains/reviews a master calendar of evening activities, extra-curricular programs and events.
12. Secures and protects the confidentiality of student and staff personnel information.
13. Enforces rules and regulations in accordance with school policies to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the student life programs and recommend disciplinary and corrective actions.
14. Mediates and helps to resolve interpersonal problems between resident students and staff.
15. Serves as a key member of the BIT (Behavior Intervention Team) and Residential Core Leadership team to address needs of students.
16. Ensures that the residence halls are maintained to a high level of appearance and cleanliness at all times through periodic inspections.
17. Serves as a key member of the Critical Incident Response Team for the school emergency preparedness team; assists with and takes leadership for school safety policies and procedures as assigned.
18. Responds to medical and non-medical emergencies by providing emergency first aid, provide transport, summons medical assistance when necessary, and inform parents.
19. Develops monthly reports for Board meetings and year-end report.
20. Assists in the interpretation of school programs, policies and procedures to students, parents, staff and the community at large.
21. Assists in maintaining a preventive maintenance program for all residential homes and helps determine the need for facility maintenance and repair, and notify appropriate personnel.
22. Provides supervision over inventory control over dormitory furniture, supplies and equipment.
23. Oversee summer programs in their utilization of dormitories for compliance with Facility Rental Policies.
24. Delegated in the absence of DDSWL for short term events/absences.
25. Complete yearly staff evaluations.
26. Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of School.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Job duties are outside of the normal Monday through Friday work week of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including before and after-hours, weekends and holidays.
Field Tech Engineer II must have a thorough understanding of the operation of cell site equipment and be able to coordinate efforts with other members of the field team.
This position requires installation responsibilities related to the site equipment.
A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required and must be maintained.
