Responsibilities:
Manage the front-office by answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and keeping communication flowing between drivers, factory personnel, and leadership.
Coordinate inbound deliveries, notify staff of driver arrivals, maintain logs, and help keep the production schedule on track.
Support production and logistics by tracking loads, gathering and enter tare weights, and ensure accurate invoice information (using QuickBooks or similar).
Handle documentation and compliance, send Certificates of Destruction, maintain organized digital and physical records, and support audit readiness.
Manage daily office systems such as data entry, maintaining logs, updating customer/vendor files, and assisting with internal workflow software.
Assist with product fulfillment by taking occasional online orders, generating shipping labels, packing small orders, and communicating with customers.

Engage with staff throughout the facility. You will be working in an office connected to the factory and will need to walk the production floor when needed to communicate with operations staff.

Confirm daily operator start-up check sheets are completed in PLEX (follow SNAP procedure for any abnormalities found)
Verify daily completion of non 200% rework and all parts have been inspected properly
Verify that all tools are in place for Team Leader and Operator to complete parts checks (mics are not broken, GO/NO GO gauges are available, all pins are in place for inspection fixtures, etc.)
Investigate and complete all Trouble Reports from customer by the due date. If report is not completed by the due date then overtime will be required until completion.
Cost
Confirm daily that scrap and rework parts are maintained throughout their bay
Confirm daily that production requirements are being met according to line and customer demands by following and meeting the daily schedule
Minimize overtime
Expectation is to have presses running 15 minutes after shift start
A Gripper Audit is to be done monthly, if grippers are needed contact Press Maintenance
Delivery
Trouble shoot and assist in general maintenance on presses as needed (finger adjust/repair, die changes, destack feeder, mis-feed issues, material flatness, etc…)
Verify actual production recorded in the system from the Detailed Production History Report. Investigate any discrepancies and communicate to Asst Mgr. Follow up with forklift driver, Team Leader and operator as well
Visually monitor daily that all labeling procedures for racks and baskets are being followed (R/L placards, highlighters, etc…)
Verify correct packaging method according to part operation standard
Insure that presses are running at or above planned SPM
Continually monitor die changes and look for ways to improve die change time/efficiency
Create a plan for non 200% rework to be completed within 2 days of issue found date. If non 200% rework is not completed in 2 days overtime will be required.
Management
Following a safety, quality, cost or delivery incident/accident in your assigned area, it is your responsibility to notify Asst Mgr/Mgr, investigate and countermeasure to resolve the root cause
Conduct a daily start-up meeting with all associates in their bay
Make daily manpower adjustments in their bay based on attendance and production needs
Communicate daily with all departments as production issues arise
Report downtime to Ast. Mgr if down longer than 20 minutes
Ensure daily scheduled 5S is completed
Daily communication with opposite shift by using shift notes and email
Support all new model activities (lead die trials. Verify paperwork is turned in and completed)
Complete Team Leader evaluations as scheduled
Perform Coaching and Counseling with associates when needed

What You'll Do:
Roosters Host interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience. The host will answer phones and take carry-out orders. The host is also responsible for bagging up the carry-out orders for the guest. Host support the servers by running food and bussing tables. The key role is to provide a positive, memorable dining experience through excellent customer service. Hosts are held responsible for compliance with standards, policies, and procedures such as: conduct, etiquette, dress code, complete familiarity with the menu and any subsequent day-to-day changes, and completing all tasks as assigned by their manager or supervisor.
Roosters' provides a great training program for all individuals at every level through our Passport Program. There is no experience required. We will train you on the job by one of our very own Certified Wingman Trainers, and you will be paid for training. Through your training in the Passport Program, you will receive pay raises after 30 days and 90 days of employment. About the Role:
A day in the life:
Our Restoration Foreman would be a natural leader with hands-on experience in concrete restoration and construction. They would thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy guiding a team to success. FORJAK Industrial is looking for an experienced and motivated Restoration Foreman to lead restoration projects across the country. This is a travel-heavy field position, where you'll oversee and coordinate teams on a variety of exciting restoration and construction projects.
On a given day, as a Restoration Foreman, you will:
95% out-of-state travel, 5 days at a time with overnight stays.
Lead a crew of 4-5 restoration technicians, providing guidance and support throughout each project's lifecycle.
Oversee the restoration of concrete structures, including demoing, pouring, spall repair, crack repair, and finishing. Perform concrete surface prep, media blasting, and coating applications.
Collaborate with the superintendent to develop work plans, schedules, and allocate resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards, customer specifications, and manufacturer recommendations, with a focus on craftsmanship and durability.
Identify and resolve technical issues or project challenges as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Maintain accurate daily reports, track material usage, and document project progress, ensuring transparency and communication with superintendents and clients.
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and progress.
Adhere to company work safety policies.
Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
Schedule & Travel:
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with day and night shift hours. This department typically works an average of ten to twelve-hour days. This is a traveling position that will be on the road 95% of the time. The company covers all travel expenses, lodging, and food after the first meal while traveling.

Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance: Required for this travel-intensive role.
Previous experience as a Restoration Foreman or in a similar leadership role within concrete restoration, structural repair, or construction.
In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, pouring, finishing processes, and excavation work. As well as experience with coatings and media blasting.
Experience with layouts of footers and concrete slabs and reading/understanding blueprints.
Knowledge on how to use a laser to set grade.
Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a crew and ensure project goals are met with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.
Analytical mindset, able to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance project quality and reduce timelines.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to documentation.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks associated with concrete restoration.
