John D. Williams has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Domtar since January 2009. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Williams has more than 40 years of experience in both consumer products and packaging. He began his career in consumer product sales in 1976, gaining insight into key market dynamics in the U.K. and the U.S. Since joining Domtar in 2009, Mr. Williams has led Domtar’s transformation from a strictly paper manufacturing enterprise to a significant player in the absorbent hygiene market. Under his leadership, the Automotive OEM Segment consistently delivered profitable revenue growth through both organic and acquisitive means. Mr. Nagarajan serves on the Board of Directors of Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON), is a member of the Advisory Board of IACS, Executive Club, Economics Club of Chicago, and is a past trustee of Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, former trustee of AWS Foundation Inc., and was the Co-Chair of ITW’s National United Way Campaign (2013 and 2014).

Leib Oehmig is Chief Executive Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. and leads the company’s worldwide operations. As the company continues to grow throughout the world, Oehmig provides leadership to ensure a culture of integrity and innovation while maintaining the high standards of quality and service for which Glen Raven is known. Since joining Glen Raven in 1989, Oehmig has held increasingly responsible positions including leading the construction and management of Glen Raven’s technologically advanced 1-million-square-foot Sunbrella® fabrics manufacturing center. Oehmig served as President of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. in 2013. He was named Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2017. His community and industry service involvement has included the United Way, Anderson University, Tri County Technical College, Institute of Textile Technology, United States Industrial Fabrics Institute and the Industrial Fabrics Association International. Oehmig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business and an MBA degree from Clemson University.

Donald J. Hendler as CEO, and Stephen B. Sokolow as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Leviton Manufacturing Company, Harold Leviton, through a carefully-architected succession plan, ensured that the Company his father started in 1906 would continue to serve the marketplace as a private, family-owned and operated company. Leviton, CEO and Chairman of the Board, passed away earlier this month, leaving two of his sons-in-law to lead the Company as it progresses through its second hundred years in operation. Hendler, who in 2005 was named President, will assume the additional title and role of CEO. Sokolow, who was named Vice Chairman of the Board that same year, will succeed as Chairman of the Board.

As of April 2019, Mr. Swift is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC (SSB). He also serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dawn Holdings, Inc., SSB’s parent company. Mr. Swift is also Executive Business Partner at Advent International, a role he has held since August 2014.
