What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

As a Quality CMM Technician for General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) Precision Structures & Optics (PSO), you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure that all machined parts meet stringent quality and precision standards. This role requires a strong understanding of metrology, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). The Quality CMM Technician performs overall quality inspection for machined parts to ensure they meet the company's quality standards for the manufacture of Beryllium products for use in the most demanding applications, across the aerospace, defense, and nuclear industries. Our products are used in high performance sensing systems for targeting and acquisition, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, and are hardened for the battlefield environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate CMM equipment to perform precise measurements of machined parts
Program CMM machines using appropriate software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso)
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols to determine measurement requirements
Conduct first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections to verify product compliance
Document and report inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformances
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso)
Strong understanding of metrology, engineering drawings, and GD&T
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and documentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have or be able to obtain a current Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and First Aid Certifications (TRAINING PROVIDED). Must be able to pass the pre-employment practical skills test. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision. Must be able to react quickly and calmly in an emergency. Must have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to work flexible shifts throughout the summer, and create a safe and enjoyable environment while preventing and responding to emergencies. Possess a valid driver's license. Must meet Park Board employment and physical standards, which includes a background check as well as drug and alcohol screening. Experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and aptitude to perform the defined duties.

MISSION STATEMENT:
Cullman Parks, Recreation, & Sports Tourism is dedicated to improving quality of life through exceptional parks, facilities, events, and recreational opportunities for all.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Maintains a high standard of customer service.
Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports.
Attends all meetings as required by supervisors.
Maintains professional internal and external relationships in keeping with CPRST core values.
Acts as a team member with other Parks and Recreation Administrators, embracing and supporting the vision and mission of the CPRST Board of Directors and the City of Cullman.
Exhibits a high level of professionalism and ethics, working amicably with the Park Board, the Executive Director, Administrators, Personnel, and Community.
Exhibits proficiency in written and oral communication.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Assigned work areas are both indoors and outdoors. Work requires the lifeguard to routinely be outside in various weather conditions with occasional exposure to adverse weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lifeguards must be in good physical shape and able to frequently walk, climb, swim, and be in hot sun for extended amounts of time. All lifeguards are required to pass physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the Aquatics Director.
