Getting fired after 30 days of employment was the best thing that ever happened.
On my second day of training, I was told by the trainer that I'm about to smack in the face all because I was chewing gum - no justice was served. Managers play favoritism and only side with their favorite employee(s). I got write up without a verbal warning/come up with a plan before a disciplinary action come into play - it automatically results in a disciplinary action. Unless this is how they operate? This is not a diverse company besides bragging about how they stand by their core & values. If you stand by their core & values then they like you, if not, you’re out of luck. I got fired after the trainer who I thought I could trust betrayed me and then wouldn't come into the office claiming, "personal issue". Ofc, if I betrayed someone close to me, I'd be too scared to come into the office and face them. trust nobody in the office unless you're open to it then go ahead. Nobody lasts in this role. Almost everyone utilized profanity in the office, which is unprofessional. Unless I came from a big corporation, and was taught differently. High turnover - therefore they don't have a good training structure. I go to work every day depressed because I don't know what task I will be working on daily or once I walked in the door.
Manager needs address any questions/concerns and hear both sides of the stories before booting the least favorite employee out the door. Will ensure to turn this negative experience into a positive learning lesson.
None - panic attack when something goes wrong.
