I used to think we did a great job for healthcare in Florida.
There's no time off for even bathroom breaks, no work life balance. Poor salary and PTO is earned slowly. There is no sick time. You use what little PTO they give you for sick time. The managers are not honest and will push out anyone who brings up ethical things they fo to employees. They fudge numbers. They did away with some bonuses, shipped most jobs overseas, Hired mostly temp workers for Group and forced others to take calls the temporary workers are transferring or botching up. They stopped promotions, they stopped the small little Christmas gifts. They stopped the incentives. We are forced to work sick and they do not care about the employee's health even in the slightest. They will write you up for having pneumonia. Most people were forced to work with COVID and the pneumonia that follows. More negatived than positives.
None
I like the CEO. He is relatable and seems to care.

Helping the customers.
Steady and conservative company
Not progressive in its outlook; culture lacking.
Pay
Disconnect between upper management and lower management; too much politics.
They have the wrong people in certain positions and upper management permits free reign.
Was myself.
Above average - main reason I came over; would think twice next time to move just for a bump in pay.
Excellent.
Interaction with other employees at my level; payday
Good health benefits tuition reimbursement
Pay is below most other companies.Yke salary for jobs listed when providing information publicly job posts etc are usually theid to hightrangs but hire at low end of scale. As they raise the starting salary they do not compensate seasoned employees at a comparable rate.
