Keith is shepherding the development of the BCBSM advanced analytics capability to transform the manner in which BCBSM uses its data rich environment to benefit its members.

Keith serves as a spokesperson for BCBSM; representing the company in media and organizations statewide and leading community initiatives to advance BCBSM's social mission of improving quality and increasing access and health. Keith is sought after for her leadership in governance and chairs or sits on numerous boards; including Central Michigan University, the Detroit Business Improvement Zone, Blue Health Intelligence(BHI) and the Detroit Regional Chamber.

Keith was recognized for her leadership by being named the first woman ever to be awarded Executive of the Year in its 40-year history by the National Management Association, a Crain’s Detroit Business 40 under 40 in 2010 and Crain’s 100 Most influential Women in 2016.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Michigan State University.
