LLC companies, together delivering managed hosting and support services to clients worldwide.

Career includes thirty-one years as CIO, and VP Global Operations respectively at CBS, Inc., and COO of CBS Data Services, a revenue generator insourcing subsidiary of CBS IT. Supported all divisions of CBS, completed global data center consolidations, implemented shared services, and developed competitive edge business systems. Initiated a revenue generation shared services business contributing significantly to the bottom line and culminating in a successful strategic outsourcing partnership, the first of a kind for a major television network.

Immediately prior to joining Computer Technologies U.S.A., served as Executive Vice President at Infocrossing Inc., a publicly held outsourcing services provider and played a key role as part of the leadership team in delivering record revenues and tripling EBITDA leading to its acquisition by Wipro. Also was CTO of privately held outsourcing company, Systems Management Specialists, and played key role in its acquisition by Marconi, PLC. and subsequently by Infocrossing Inc.
