Mr. Roger Ames has been the Chief Executive Officer of International of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. since August 2009 and oversees its operations in 19 global markets outside of the United States. Mr. Ames serves as an Advisor to Ingenious VCT Funds. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Capitol Records Inc. He served as the Head of North American operation of EMI Group Limited since April 27, 2007 and overaw its music operations in the U.S. and Canada including their Capitol, Virgin and Blue Note labels and an artist roster which included Coldplay, Beastie Boys, 30 Seconds To Mars, Keith Urban, the Rolling Stones, and more. Mr. Ames served as President of Warner Music International since April 1999. He served as an Executive Vice President of Polygram and President of Polygram Music Group from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Ames served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Music Group Corp. from August 1999 to August 2004. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Polygram UK from 1993 to 1996, responsible for its UK and Ireland operation, including its record labels, film distribution, music publishing and music clubs. He has been a Non-Executive Director of SCI Entertainment Group Ltd. since September 25, 2006. Mr. Ames serves as a Director of Ingenious Music VCT. Mr. Ames serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Ricall Limited. He served as a Director of Ingenious Music VCT 2.
