Testing Methodologies * Define and implement comprehensive test strategies that cover the full spectrum of testing needs. * Ensure testing methodologies align with industry best practices and the organization's quality standards. * Partner with development and product teams to drive a shift‑left approach throughout the SDLC. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in Software, Test, or QA Engineering roles. * Strong technical background in test automation and infrastructure as code. * Ability to explain deep technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience. * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. * Strong collaboration skills with a broad range of functional areas. * Bachelor of Science degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. * Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc. * Experience with object‑oriented languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc. * Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
