Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Conduct HR investigations regarding workplace issues such as employee complaints, discrimination, and harassment

As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will push the boundaries of what's possible in security management in support of various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of physical security technology, to include physical security, threat management and investigations. This position will have matrix reporting to the Security Technology Manager, while assisting site security managers with technology needs. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager regarding on-site scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment
Responsible for the connection of control panels, application requirements, wire concealment, and security software installation
Install, program and configure commercial electronic security systems (door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, electronic locks, point sensors, signaling devices, etc)
Troubleshoot new installations to ensure the systems are functioning properly and satisfy codes
Support Security Managers by providing technical assistance during investigations
Monitor access control and CCTV system for device uptime and resolve availability issues
Manage several medium to large jobs simultaneously and doing so within approved hours and margin tolerances
Installation of electrical wiring, panels, cable and security devices
Support in an asset management system to track, manage and maintain all technical security devices
Assist site security managers with customizations of access control projects and implementation
Maintain current installations, troubleshoot, clean, re-aim cameras, etc
Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the physical security, fire alarm or low voltage communication industry installing field devices, programming systems, and running medium to large sized jobs required
Troubleshoot and resolve network devices and connections, as well as server and computer infrastructure.
Experience with network devices, including an understanding of VLANs, DHCP, and network scanning and mapping.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.

This role will directly contribute to the safe, reliable production of aerospace hardware by conducting thermal processing, material experiments, and high-pressure furnace operations - including work with the Quintus Furnace - to support engineering, production, and manufacturing teams.
You will play a key role in developing, testing, and refining processes for aerospace materials, including additive manufactured components. The ideal candidate is passionate about precision, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to quality and safety
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain High Pressure Heat Treat and Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) systems, including Quintus Furnace operations
Support Additive Manufacturing experiments, developing and validating post-processing techniques
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, execute, and document material processing trials
Perform thermal processing of aerospace alloys (stainless steel, copper, nickel, cobalt, titanium, castings, and additive parts)
Conduct pre- and post-process material testing (e.g., hardness, microstructure evaluation)
Assist in the design and checkout of specialized thermal processing fixtures and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on heat treat and HIP equipment
Troubleshoot equipment and processes, recommending and implementing corrective actions

You will work directly with NASA and our National Team Partners as part of the Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program. You will play a key role in developing the Lunar Permanence system that will return humans to the Moon, this time to stay.
You will be a Mechanical Systems Engineer Sr. within the Lunar Core Components team. You will be responsible for performing and leading Systems Engineering (SE) tasks and delivering SE-related products. In this role you will work closely with the Mechanisms Designers and Analysts, but also across all other IPTs to ensure successful execution of the Mechanisms Subsystem in the larger spacecraft and mission. Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager regarding on-site scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment
* Responsible for the connection of control panels, application requirements, wire concealment, and security software installation
* Install, program and configure commercial electronic security systems (door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, electronic locks, point sensors, signaling devices, etc)
* Troubleshoot new installations to ensure the systems are functioning properly and satisfy codes
* Support Security Managers by providing technical assistance during investigations

5+ years experience in Material and Process Engineering application in the aerospace industry (level commensurate with experience)
Experience with one or more of the material systems used in the aerospace industry (Ni-based alloys, Cu-based alloys, Al-based alloys, Ti-based alloys, oxygen-compatible alloys…)
Hands-on experience working with high-temperature materials, preferably on spacecraft, engines, or similar applications.

Background Check
* Required for all positions: Blue's Standard Background Check
* Required for Certain Job Profiles: Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation
* Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
* Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
