Mr. Arata joined Caiman II's predecessor, Caiman Energy, as Chief Financial Officer in October 2010. In early 2012, Mr. Arata was a key part of the team that sold Caiman Eastern to Williams Partners (NYSE: WPZ) for $2.5 billion. Mr. Arata co-founded Caiman Energy II in mid-2012 and was a lead negotiator in the formation of Blue Racer Midstream in late 2012. Mr. Arata is also a board member of both Blue Racer Midstream and Caiman Energy II. Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Arata was Chief Financial Officer of Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP) and its privately-held predecessor, Regency Gas Services. During his five years at Regency, Mr. Arata led the effort to take Regency public. As Chief Financial Officer of Regency, Mr. Arata completed eleven mergers, acquisitions and divestitures worth more than $3.6 billion as well as over $4 billion of financing transactions in both the private and public markets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Arata worked for UBS Investment Bank for nine years in both Dallas, Texas, and in London, England, covering the power and pipeline sectors. At UBS, Mr. Arata advised on more than $40 billion of completed mergers and acquisitions as well as on numerous financings. Mr. Wentworth is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy II, and Blue Racer Midstream. Mr. Wentworth started his midstream career in 2005 and has experience focused on business development, project engineering, construction, and operations. Mr. Wentworth joined Caiman Energy in 2010 as Director of Engineering and later served as Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations. He and his engineering team were responsible for the design and construction of Blue Racer Midstream’s processing and fractionation facilities. Mr. Wentworth has more recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Interim Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining Caiman Energy and Blue Racer Midstream, Mr. Wentworth worked for Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP). At Regency, he held several roles including Engineering Director, NLA Operations; Director, Business Development; and Project Engineer. In the various positions, Mr. Wentworth handled and managed activities including processing plants, amine treating, acid gas injection, compressor stations, and pipeline assets in West Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, South Texas, and North Louisiana. Mr. Wentworth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Mr. Wentworth and his wife, Sarah, have two sons and a daughter.
