Job Description
As a Part-Time, Independent Sales Agent for GuardLab, you will help to generate an adequate number of viable sales leads with active follow up on a weekly basis.
Sales Agents continuously seek to expand the pipeline of new clients and customers within Territories or Categories, as defined by GuardLab
Develop new leads and manage a pipeline according to agreed upon targets
Supply data and information in cohesive and organized data sheets or other useful formats
Continuously develop new business leads
Provide input on sales materials
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a sales role, sourcing new leads, cold calling, cold emailing, and working proactively and consistently to nurture leads and close deals
Experience managing a high volume of sales leads, with a focus on getting quality results
Relevant sales experience in Sports Industry, Sporting Goods, or Retail/Wholesale an advantage
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasant personality

A powerful flywheel drives Roam's growth: when sellers advertise the Roam advantage on their listings, it drives more buyer demand, which then drives more listings. As listing agents advertise the Roam benefits on their listings, more buyers approach Roam with the intent of purchasing a home, which turns into additional listing demand for our agents.
We're looking for a creative, entrepreneurial Head of Agent Growth to scale this flywheel. This person will be responsible for the listing agent side of the equation, making Roam a default option for listing agents to advertise a more affordable way to purchase their listings for home sales across the country.

What You'll Do
🧠 Strategy + Messaging
Develop and test messaging to convert agents into Roam evangelists
Figure out what message plays to what agents in what geography through what medium
🤝 Agent Acquisition + Partnerships
Build a motion to recruit, activate, and retain hundreds of thousands of top-performing listing agents
Represent Roam at brokerage events, team lead meetings, and industry conferences
Craft scalable agent-facing marketing and sales touchpoints
🛠️ Execution + Ops
Launch and own supply campaigns end-to-end-from idea to experiment to scale
Design efficient processes to convert awareness into contracts
Lead and eventually grow a team across seller and agent acquisition
📈 Measurement + Growth
Own and improve core KPIs like % of eligible listings advertising Roam and agent activation
Report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships

We're looking for a GTM AI Agent Builder to design, operationalize, and scale the AI and automation foundations that make Gusto's revenue engine smarter, faster, and more human. About the Team:
The Revenue Operations team is the connective tissue between strategy, systems, and execution across Gusto's Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. We enable Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to operate efficiently, make data-informed decisions, and deliver exceptional experiences to customers and partners.
As Gusto embraces an AI-first future, this team is building the infrastructure, workflows, and evaluation frameworks that power intelligent, high-performing GTM operations. You'll collaborate closely with RevOps, Data, BizTech, and GTM leadership to bring automation and AI to life across our revenue systems and processes.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the comprehensive GTM AI strategy and roadmap. This will encompass technology selection, critical business use cases (e.g., sales productivity, marketing personalization, customer support automation), and change management.
Execute: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and agentic systems that automate manual GTM processes and improve sales productivity.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner directly with the CRO, RevOps, and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities, align on trade-offs, and anchor AI investment decisions to measurable business outcomes.
Performance & Impact: Define and maintain evaluation frameworks that measure prompt reliability, latency, cost, and business impact (e.g., conversion lift, time saved)
Build the data and systems architecture connecting Salesforce, GTM tools, and Gusto's data warehouse to AI-powered insights and workflows.
Manage model and vendor selection processes and ensure flexibility to test, evaluate, and scale best-in-class AI tools.
Drive program management and change adoption, ensuring every AI initiative ships with clear ownership, training, and measurable outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally to scale reusable automation patterns and guardrails that make AI-enabled operations safe, efficient, and repeatable across teams.
Here's what we're looking for:
6-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies or 4-6 years in an earlier-stage AI-focused company.
Proven track record of designing and scaling operational systems or automation that improved productivity, accuracy, or revenue outcomes.
Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows - strong intuition for where AI adds leverage, even without deep ML expertise.
Experience building or integrating across GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses) and connecting insights to commercial impact.
Strong program management and prioritization skills - able to balance multiple cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable progress
Technical background is valued and a plus
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - can translate technical concepts into clear narratives for GTM and exec audiences.

Our annual base salary compensation range for this role is $197,895 - $230,000 in San Francisco & New York, and $168,420 - $190,000 in Denver. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
