In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for mold assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure tooling readiness and drive continuous improvement in tooling performance. Key Responsibilities • Perform mold assembly, disassembly, and maintenance per production schedules. • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on injection molds to minimize downtime. • Maintain accurate documentation on tool repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance. • Monitor tool performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability. • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking tooling activities. • Support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to resolve repetitive tooling issues. • Assist in maintaining tool inventory, spare parts, and coordinating with external vendors as needed. • Work in a team environment assisting with trouble shooting and repairing equipment that is not operational and in need of repair. • Adhere to 5S standards and TE procedures for a safe and organized work environment.
