Cheryl has developed and trained sales directors and sales teams in for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations resulting in substantial increases in market share and revenue. Her expertise in new business development and implementation includes market strategy, obtaining legislation, preparing and presenting feasibility, developing multi-county provider networks and overseeing implementation of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and State Medicaid Waiver programs. Cheryl has managed multiple capitated care programs in start-up and mature environments, while strategically leading market expansion and new business development. Cheryl holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Health Services Management. In 2012, she was honored by the Business Journal as a Health Care Hero of the year.
