What You'll Do:
This position effectively completes client check-in and check-out processes, manages client documents, updates all client data and assists clients with required paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality. What You'll Do:
The Licensed Psychologist will oversee our psychological testing program - planning for and determining all needs of the program within the standards of clinical coverage policies and grant requirements. The Licensed Psychologist will provide clinical supervision to psychological technicians and interns. Responsibilities include:
Administer a variety of psychological assessments, collect assessment data, score data, interpret data, and prepare written reports to review both with referral source and the family/client.
Determine program needs and scope including setting up work flows.
Supervise program staff.
Provide clinical supervision and clinical consultation to child and adult therapists as needed.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
The Licensed Psychologist will oversee our psychological testing program - planning for and determining all needs of the program within the standards of clinical coverage policies and grant requirements. The Licensed Psychologist will provide clinical supervision to psychological technicians and interns. Responsibilities include:
Administer a variety of psychological assessments, collect assessment data, score data, interpret data, and prepare written reports to review both with referral source and the family/client.
Determine program needs and scope including setting up work flows.
Supervise program staff.
Provide clinical supervision and clinical consultation to child and adult therapists as needed.
Participate in greater agency initiatives and meetings including clinical oversite committee in order to provide clinical consult and guidance around programs that utilize psychological testing.
What We're Looking For:
Current licensure/certification as a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina with advanced training in psychological testing.
Current licensure or willingness to supervise associate licensed social workers and counselors.
Excellent knowledge of viable treatment plans.
Strong understanding of electronic health records system function and use.
Experience with billing and budgets.
Consistently modeling the key concepts of trauma informed services for other team members and maintaining a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed tone and environment for the team as well as for service recipients.
Uses person-first recovery and resiliency language at all times to communicate sensitivity and engender mutual respect and connectivity.
Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing by skills to record in a neat, orderly and logical manner, as well as to engage in a helpful, non-judgmental manner orally in person and by phone.
Demonstrate a high level of accountability around program standards, goals and outcomes.
Striving to be a positive role model and leader in all settings on a consistent basis by demonstrating recovery and resiliency values, attitudes, beliefs, and personal actions in order to promote a safe and vulnerable environment in the workplace and in the community.

The Billing Specialist will provide essential support to clinics throughout our organization, ensuring claims for patient services are filed timely and accurately with the appropriate insurer or party. Responsibilities include:
Regional travel required in the BRH multi-county service area.
Act as a billing resource
Preparing and submitting clean claims to various insurance payers
Claim error resolution; initiate communication needed to resolve claim issues, monitor until issues are resolved, escalating as needed
Track rejections and recommend improvements for billing
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
