A major, highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Participant Recruitment Specialist to support critical staffing and study initiatives. This unique remote role requires the candidate to be based locally near 10350 E Dakota Ave, Denver, CO 80247 to facilitate necessary local operations and meetings. The Specialist will primarily focus on administrative recruitment for hard-to-fill positions and specialized participant recruitment for research studies. Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks The Specialist will manage a high-volume workload centered on two key areas: Staffing Recruitment and Participant Recruitment. Understands Finite Element Analysis -particularly Solidworks Simulation or ANSYS Workbench. Working knowledge of both is preferrable. Must be competent in system engineering methodologies. Experience performing Dynamic Design Analysis Method (DDAM) is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of SUBAFE or SOC requirements is preferred. Possesses and applies an advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices in one or more engineering fields.
