I get paid. The clinic I work for has a reputation for good medicine prior to being bought and that has stayed true
Poor management through the whole chain. They like to higher office managers that are “yes” men. They also raise prices while employees don’t get raises. Cost at our Midwest practice looks like the cost of a practice on the coast.

Having higher ups know about animal care. Also working on goals and accomplishing them as it is very unorganized
